Grioli's new mud slide pizza, where you scrape the cheese off the Box yourself because they don't know how to deliver it, then they say we'll refund you but never do. This used to be a good place that food is always been great but as of lately it's been very disappointing. $60 for two pizzas delivered and this is what I get for my money.
Great pizza spot. We stopped in there with a MINI Cooper rally. The place smelled great. We were seated promptly, and our server took our drink orders almost immediately. Drinks came quickly, and our food order was taken, and all menu questions were answered very well. Even with a big group, food came out fast, and everyone's order was correct. Our food was delicious. The entire experience was impressive. If I'm in the area again and need food, this place will be high on my list!
The Athenian Wrap is awesome! I like gyros and this is one of my favorites! Great taziki sauce! Vinnie has always been good to my family!
I have visited Grioli’s many times but my most recent visit left a lasting impression and I felt the need to update my rating and share. It was some of the best service I’ve seen at a restaurant in a while. Kristal was my server and was very friendly and helpful. I typically order a tiramisu to go but this time I decided to dine in and I have to say that dining in is a vastly different experience than ordering takeout. I was unsure about what to order, but Kristal helped me figure it out and was open to customizing my order to suit my needs. Lastly, I attached a picture of the tiramisu that I of course had to get for dessert and not only was it beautifully decorated, it was delicious as well. Thank you so much Kristal and Liz T. ????
Very nice local Restaurant. Featuring Italian food, Entrees, Sandwiches, and Pizza. Both take out and plenty of seating at tables. Very reasonable priced, place was very clean, including the bathrooms. Service was quick and friendly. Highly recommended!
Horrible costumer service and horrible management. Spoke to the “owner” about a online order mistake looking for a refund before they made the food. The “owner” said he was not going to do anything because it’s my fault?? Absolutely not. The food was yet to be made, and I was not driving over an hour away while 35w pregnant to pick up an order this man refused to refund. This happened on Thursday April 18th around 4-5pm. I will be taking further action because this is absolutely ridiculous.
Food is good but EVERY single time we order it's never ready at the time they say it will be. It is always at least an additional 20-30 minutes longer of a wait. It's very frustrating!
Was visiting the area on vacation and ordered some amazing Chicken Primavera!! Was pleasantly surprised at the quality as well as quick & easy service. Highly recommend for great Italian !
