Came here for dinner while in the area. The exterior is unassuming and almost looks like a house, so I was mildly worried for a second. But then we went inside and that changed as we went into the inviting interior. Service was very nice, our waitress got more conversational as time went on. She also was attentive, always noticing when our water got low. I got the chicken paprikash. Never seen paprikash like this, but it was good! It took awhile to get, but I also overhead that two workers had called in, so that's fair. Definitely a good dinner experience ????????
Another hidden jem. The quality and quantity of food is amazing. You can tell there is pride in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. The staff was friendly and the owners down to earth but take their business seriously. I have only begun to eat my way through their menu. The pickled pelican is a loaded bloody mary that is crafted with pride. The atmosphere is homie and warming like your eating at someone's home. Definitely one of my favorite places on my radar.
One of the best kept secrets in Newport, MI. Vincent V's is a business that the moment you walk in makes you feel like family. Great food and atmosphere for a family night out. Hugh shout out to Noland, the pizza was amazing. ????
What a neat place! The food is delicious and the servers and cooks are the owners, so you know you are getting the best!
We went on a Sunday for brunch. Their Pelican Pickle Bloody Mary was amazing! The breakfast pizza was filling, we added jalapenos for a little zing. It's a little out of the way, but we'll be back!
Love the food!! The chicken paprikash is delicious. Definitely gonna come again.
First time here. Everything was very good. We had mastaccioli and the pierogis and garlic knots. Very filling and everything was fresh and homemade. Very sweet staff who made awesome apple cider Manhattan's. We enjoyed the visit.
The restaurant is quite small. The atmosphere is kind of rustic in a historic building. Servers are friendly, but, ahem, can be easily distracted by the frequent customers and lose track of their other customers. Menu is limited, but somewhat unique with the Hungarian offerings. Didn’t offer the goulash the day we were there. The Hungarian cabbage and noodles was delicious as were the pierogies. I added the kielbasa to the cabbage and noodles. A nice touch, but not really necessary. We will go back.
