My parking lights would not shut off and my battery kept draining. I called all my usual garages, and no one could get me in. I call Vince's on a whim. They were busy but Nick said stop by anyway and he'd take a quick look. The problem is solved and he didn't charge me for his time! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'll be back!!!!
What a great Group of guys, I was recommended their shop by another shop. I went their and met with Dan who seem to run the place and told him my problem and he immediately took care of it, I had some issues getting parts from an outside source but they were extremely patient and worked with me to get the job done.
The end result, they did a great job at a very reasonable rate and were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them. It's also nice to support a little guys instead of these big garages that forget what real customer service is all about .
A colleague recommended this place saying that he has been bringing his wife's and his car to this place for years. I had a car inspection at Midas prior and they said that my front brake rotors are delaminated and need to be changed within a month. So I brought my car in to Vince's Garage. The staff Dan there is very friendly and professional. They checked my car and explained to me that my front brake pads and rotors are still good and don't need to be changed at this moment. I am so glad that I found this place. I will definitely be coming here for any future needs for my car.
