My first order from this beautiful store was very satisfying for they are quick and accommodating. I am so happy with my purchases because they are all of good quality. They also have terrific prices and prompt dispatch. The customer service department very extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
Very unsanitary! They wanted to use dirty brushes on my hair. Had the audacity to say it was my hair on the brush when the hair was clearly white (I have brown) and the brush had tons of lint. I saw a roach walking up the wall about two feet in front of me and I told the hair dresser. She did not react at all. They hacked my hair using dull scissors and the end product was not even remotely close to what I asked for. Hair dresser was taking phone calls and texting while cutting my hair. I should have walked out then and highly regret not doing so. I would’ve been better off at Supercuts.
What a nice Beauty Shop in the area! I saw a lot of good reviews about this beauty parlor, so I went to your salon, and I got fascinated by the salon itself. Their staves were also very friendly and accommodating. I love coming back here again and again. I won't stop coming to your shop again and again! Strongly recommended to all!

i have to say I have been going there for about 2 years now. they are very friendly, always make the effort to get you an appointment no matter when you call. Mani-pedis are great regardless who does it. Hair dressers are all good and prices are great.
Unsanitary practices used nail files and buffers no linens on pedi baths people with their masks down there was literally a customer with her mask completely gone and the manager did not care.
just a totally unprofessional salon one of the worst I’ve been to in Miami especially in the middle of a pandemic the nails were so horrible after looking closer at them they didn’t last not even a day there was literally nail polish on my poor mother’s skin just a whole mess. Everyone there seems to dislike working there complaining while doing her nails totally unprofessional.
I have to say that I’m a customer of this place for over a year and I always go to blow dry here, every time I go they charge different prices, I started paying $25 for the blow dry then $30 and last time $35, I was so surprised and I asked the owner why they were over pricing blow dry when I always pay for a blow dry in other places less than that, she didn’t have an answer for that, I think that this is really disrespectful for customers that they been going to this beauty salon after such a long time! So unprofessional! Never going back!
