I have had my vehicle worked on several times by the staff at Vlanueva's, for different and unrelated issues, and they have beat my expectations every time. From an AC repair, general maintenance, and now an engine replacement to upgrade, I have always been impressed by their work and service and grateful to them for how easy they are to work with. They are always busy when I am there, but someone starts working on my problem almost immediately everything.
Trustworthy, detail oriented, and reasonable in their pricing, great folks to work with.
Our car had been making some strange sounds on a recent road trip. On the road the car then started beeping and eventually the check engine light came on. We pulled to side of the road and found that we were about 20 miles from Blythe, CA. We quickly located Villanueva Auto. They took a look at the car and diagnosed failed water pump as the problem. They quickly got to work on it! We spent the night and the car was ready in the morning! Owners even recommended a great hotel in walking distance, that was pet friendly! Owners were kind, friendly, and very helpful.
I wanted to give more stars because they're so nice. But I was there 7 hours to identify a grinding noise. I left with the same noise after they seemed to grow tired of trying to figure it out and telling me they had too much work to do to run more checks
We had an unexpected breakdown in Blythe and had to be towed. A Tow Truck recommended Villanueva's. Both companies took fantastic care of us. They got right on it and had us up and running in a short time. We highly recommend Villanueva's Auto and A Tow Truck.

I blew my transmission on the i10 10 miles from Blythe. Although my travel plans came to an unfortunate end I feel incredibly lucky to have come across Juans shop. They got to work right away hunting down a replacement transmission to get me back on the road as soon as possible. All in all they got me back on the road in a day and a half at a very great price. They went above and beyond in all aspects of their job and even let us borrow a spare vehicle they had available to get me around town while my truck was repaired. Truly great people.
I can not say enough good things about this repair shop. I replaced the air conditioning system in my truck and took the vehicle here for a flush and recharge. Jose checked every connection, changed a part I had overlooked, and replaced a questionable bolt when he could have simply recharged the system and my mistakes would have been an easy way to make a repeat customer. His integrity was incredible!
Once the system was recharged and we put it to the test we realized the cabin air filter was limiting air flow and he was again at work to make sure I left with a functioning system, on a 108 degree day. I shared my experience with a friend who went there the following day. After 2 months of frustration with other shops, he left with a functioning AC system. Their "flat rate" is some of the best money I have spent in months, and I could make ice in my truck now.
Juan and his guys were great. We pulled in on Monday morning needing a new starter out in our truck. They made time to do the repair right then. Great customer service, friendly, and efficient. We’ll definitely recommend them to others.
