Ordered via Just eat at 17.30 then got a delivery time of 18.50 at 19.00 we phoned and got told it had left 5 minutes ago but it would be another 15 minutes. This didn't add up. The meal eventually came at 19.15. On opening the bag we found that the rice was missing we phoned straight away and was told they would send it straight away. But at 20.00 it still hadn't appeared . The food from here is lovely but unfortunately the customer service is non-existent. The meal is now in the bin as can only assume the rice is never going to appear.
Order always wrong or something forgotten but they never forget to charge for the full order!!!! Nan bread was like chewing leather, curry was spicy but had no flavour, 1 nan should of been cheese and garlic but came as plain and other 1 was rock solid....absolutely awful
Fantastic food meal deal 4, 12 inch pizza, chicken pakora, chips, nan kabab. We got free mixed pakora, fuzzy chops me = well happy, fit to burst. Delivery guy very courteous and well mannered
I passed by a few days ago I went in for a kebab, there was no one behind the counter, a guy was sitting in the the front on his tablet watching movies who looked like he worked there couldn't be bothered answering my question as to wheres the staff, btw this was at tea time on a Saturday night, when I realised its that quiet in there I decided to leave as after 5 minutes of waiting at the counter still no staff member attended to me.
I think I'll stick to my rule if a place is that quiet on a Saturday night there's a high risk of being served left overs from the previous week!!! I will definitely not be back to this place...
Ordered on 12/03/2021 Food was way overcooked and tastes disgusting, rice just totally missing from the "rice included" dish, and meat was thrown in with vegetarian items with absolutely no warning whatsoever.
Would phone to complain but the line has been "busy", must be too busy dealing with someone else's complaints to answer
Had the chilli garlic chicken tikka kebab. Served in a nice thin chapati type wrap. Lovely fresh salad too. I'd buy again for sure.
Good food, friendly staff members, cheap. Only thing - 3 times I’ve ordered food over the phone and they’ve told me 15\20 mins. Deliberately go 5 mins after this, knowing that I will still be waiting at least 10 mins in shop. It’s as if they don’t put food on until they see you.
Very happy with this takeaway and in my opinion they are the best in the Irvine valley deliver food early, food is delicious and always friendly drivers couldn't recommend enough.
