Yesterday was my first experience at Village nail spa and I will say the best experience I have ever had at a salon. A week ago I had my nails done at another salon and the lady brutalized my nails to the point the skin under them were on fire and the lady even laughed when i told her she hurt me. Not even two days later the nails were popping off. I knew I needed them fixed so I started looking up nail salons and read the reviews and when I read that this nail salon was gental and had wonderfulreviews, so I made an appointment. BEST DECISION EVER! When I showed them my nails and how bad I was hurting from how thin the nails were, my nail tech listened and was super gentle with my nails and fixed them as best as they could be. This is where I will always go now. She walked me through everything and didn't try to trick me into extra things. Very wonderful personalities there and great atmosphere. Thank yall for the beautiful nails and service!
I found this nail salon and it’s the only salon i’ve been to since i’ve been in NC. I love it. The ladies are nice and do a fantastic job????

I've typically had good experiences at Village Nail Spa, but the last manicure I got was a horrible experience. The lady doing it cut 4 of my fingers, 1 really bad, and then when I got home, I noticed that several of my nails didn't have full/even coverage.
Ms. Laura did my nails. She took her time and checked in with me after shaping them to make sure it was to my liking. After she did my nails, I had went outside and noticed the polish had bunched up in some places. She was on her break when I let her know. I told her I could come back later when she was done eating to get them fixed. She insisted to fix them for me right then and there. She had a great attitude and did not mind fixing them for me. They look great and she had a positive attitude the entire time. I got nothing but positive vibes from her and will definitely be coming back. 10/10 recommend!! ????
Went with my daughter to get our nails done and the sign says “walk-ins welcome” there were 3 people in there and the lady said we would have to come back later. Didn’t even offer for us to wait or give us a time frame. Will not return here. If walk-ins are not welcome, take the sign down.
Great nail salon! Didn’t have to wait at all. Everyone was so friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I cant wait to return again.
Update: Changing my review from 3 to 5 stars. The salon owner, Nanci, responded and called me. We texted and she was able to get me back in with Tia who did the correction. All fixed! I'll post updated pictures.
Just went today on January 8th. I took my niece as a special treat and Tia did phenomenal on my niece's nails (patina buckle by cnd shellac)! She is 5 stars!
I believe I had a brand new nail tech for my pure white gel manicure and she didn't have a name tag so I'm not sure of her name, but one of the other ladies helped her with setup initially and kept verbally checking in on her in Spanish. I feel like they should've told me she was a novice when I made the appointment a few weeks ago or even when we arrived this morning. Her hand was shaking really bad the entire time. Polish around the cuticle is jagged and while I know some of my nails are round and some are square she somehow made each nail round on one end and square on the other. I literally paid her the same as Tia out of sympathy, but worry other clients will be much more harsh. I should've asked for a correction. Plus, Tia was done with my niece's nails 20 minutes before me and they started within minutes of each other. I should've asked for Tia to just do both of our nails, but am so happy my niece got her and not the novice because that wouldn't have been a very nice treat.
