I’m eternally grateful to Village Medical Centre team for the excellent care I’ve received from them.
Most of the time I’ve managed to get an appointment when I’ve called at 8am.
The staff are caring and have gone above and beyond for me recently.
With extra special thanks to Dr Baidwan and Lynne.
I applied for my wife to be a client of jubilee but some how it was transferred to this terrible place. Receptionists are all jobsworths that protect the appointments like it's the last bit of food on earth. I'd avoid this surgery at all costs. They work in call centre style and discuss calls and patient info between eachother. I asked for a name to make a formal complaint but she replied "I'm not going to tell you but I have your name now" is that some kind of threat?

This has been my gp for 58 years and it’s just terrible now!! Never see the same doctor they never listen to you just prescribe pills… THEY JUST DONT CARE AT ALL !! Different receptionist every week, wait time on phone is Ridiculous, sometimes 45 mins and you can never get an appointment but the surgery is always empty !! It’s a disgrace and needs closing down!!!

Totally useless, 45 minutes to speak to one . When you go to the pharmacy, there is no one in the doctors , but still can't speak to anyone. I should have a face to face with the doctor every 6 months. I haven't spoke to him on the phone for 3 years. Useless. Totally useless.
Constantly having to battle to have medication signed off even though I have to be on these meds life long due to I high chance of clots and possible second stroke. The surgery and pharmacy blame each other, absolutely shocking
I have a Brian Tumor and possibly MS and you guys have ignored me and caused so much stress and pain. Changing appointment times without notice you should all be ashamed of yourselves
Pointless gp surgery
Can never get an appointment - bloods came back abnormal can’t be seen or even a telephone call for 5 weeks to discuss.
Can never get an appointment no matter what time of day you call.
Makes Tilly wonder if any of the doctors there are actually there or if it’s just receptionists pretending the doctors exist!
Needed an appointment for my daughter and yet again told there’s no appointments till September!!! No wonder A&E departments are over run!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!
I waited a few mins and had to get work and a lovely lady called me back so I can get an appointment for referral was very helpful and professional thanks x
