A Delightful Turnaround at Village Inn - A Five-Star Experience!
After several less-than-impressive visits to different Village Inn locations in the past, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed with my latest dining experience at this particular branch. The food was a standout - not only was it fresh and hearty, but it also had that excellent taste that makes a meal memorable. It was a delightful change of pace from my previous visits.
The staff deserves a special mention for their friendly and welcoming demeanor. Their professionalism and warmth significantly contributed to the overall positive atmosphere of the restaurant. It’s clear that there’s a new energy and life breathing through the company, a rejuvenation that’s both needed and appreciated.
Reflecting on the past, I recall my last visit to another Village Inn location, which was disappointing, to say the least. Since then, I’ve witnessed several closures of their locations, which was disheartening. However, this visit has renewed my faith in Village Inn. The turnaround in quality and service is not just refreshing; it’s a testament to the potential and resilience of the brand.
In conclusion, I am overjoyed and satisfied with the transformation Village Inn has undergone. I hate that I didn’t get a picture of the other whole ???? pies I’d ordered and picked up, they were beautiful ???? (I’ll add pics soon, my daughter has pics of them) This is the slice of Heavenly carrot ???? cake that I added to my order (they were Super Friendly too do so) now the reason it looks like so in my pictures, well I’m Type 2 diabetic and I believe in moderately and choices, I love ❤️ the carrot ???? cake ???? in between the layers of icing ????, so I scooped around the icing.
Service was fast and friendly, I’ve never dined here as of yet, my daughter recommended them & their pies ????. So I ordered 2 pumpkin ???? pies ???? with whipped cream and a banana ???? cream pie ???? as well as a strawberry ???? rhubarb pie ???? ( I’ve never had a strawberry ???? rhubarb pie ???? in my life)
The strawberry ???? rhubarb was my favorite ????, color me surprised ???? I thought ???? for certain it’d be the banana ???? cream.
All were delicious, can’t go wrong with any of their pies I’d venture to say..

Tambra D is the name on my reciept. White lady with hair dyed blonde. Absolutely terrible and rude. Smug and rude facial expressions, and snide vocal tones.
First off, I've been eating at this restaurant for 30 years. Today I went, and there was one other table sat. And the server was terrible. Not once did she ask us if the food was ok. Not once did she say polite phrases such as, "thanks" or "your welcome". Every time the phone rang, she would walk over to it slowly, and simply hang up on the caller. This happened multiple times, so I decided to get it on video. My partner and I were laughing at this absurd behavior. I've worked bars and restaurants most of my life, and this server simply could not have cared less. The host was super cool and friendly, would definitely interact with him again and tip him. But if that lady Tambra is working, I would rather leave.
I get it sometimes we all have bad days, but at her age she should know how to check her baggage at the door. She needs to find a new career.
Food was warm, not hot. We only saw our waitress twice, but she was friendly and busy. When you order something that comes with pancakes, the pancakes are always cold and the syrup is as well. Coffee was good, but you have to always ask for more.

Oh, my! This restaurant is terrific! Staff, too, was extremely friendly and attentive. Thank you, Tommy B. A fantastic young man who has obvious pleasure in his role at this Village Inn!! Not to mention the food was great.
I ordered DoorDash and this is how my food came. Two crepes shoved into this container and soggy smashed hash browns because the sauce containers were thrown in here. I paid $15 for this??
Customer service here is lazy. They say no to any substitutions or anything you want to add to the order. This is a business and the waitress/waiters are denying an extra request of food? I came here on my birthday and I got denied just about everything I wanted to PURCHASE AS FOOD.
