Jim really did a nice job. I needed to look good in a hurry for a business meeting. He got me in quickly, very nice professional looking haircut for my meeting. Very affordable. Jim seems like the kind of guy , full of stories and knowledge and a great haircut full of experience. I will be returning
I told Jim "not too short". We talked about the old Fireplace bar and the long shuffle board table that used to be at Hofbraus bar and restaurant. Then when he was almost done I felt my hair and said "too short". And then I asked what do I owe you and he said nothing. I finally got a price out of him plus added a tip. When I got home I realized how he layered my hair which I used to get in 70's and 80's. No one seems to know how to do that these days. I'll definitely be back!
Jim is a true gentleman. Spent the summer up there and there was no other barber I would rather have cut my hair, or just have great conversations with . Go see him!!!
A true professional very skilled at his craft. Would highly recommend. You will pay a higher price in town Traverse City for a less skilled cut.
