Stopped here for happy hour because the other place we wanted to go was closed. We were very pleased. Food was delicious, cocktails were very good, staff was friendly, and service was good. The owner even came out from. The kitchen to deliver our food.

From the moment you step inside, you can feel the difference this place offers. I’ve started my experience with the Burrata Capresse which the freshness of the ingredients shines through in every bite. For my main course i had the chef special Braised slow cooked short rib that was one of the best dishes that I’ve ever had. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself to a night of indulgence, Villa Tuscanna delivers phenomenal journey that transcends the ordinary and leaves a lasting impression on your memories.
We went to dinner tonight at Villa Tuscanna and it was an absolutely amazing experience!!!!!! We had awesome martinis that were promptly delivered too! Delicious appetizers and the dinner was extraordinary ! We had the special ( tuna and salmon). Great decision! Also, make sure to save room for dessert, great selection. Overall a GREAT place to go for dinner.
Authentic Italian cuisine, great service, attentative staff. Spaghetti was delicious, noodles were perfect, meatballs melted in your mouth. Lasagna was delicious, portions were large, both meals served with salad and crusty Italian bread with olive oil and roasted peppers. Creme brulee cheesecake melted in your mouth, had creamy smooth texture and served with caramel drizzle. Very reasonably priced considering what you get.
We had a great experience. Our service was spot on. Food was all chefs kiss.

The food, atmosphere and service were all fantastic. My wife had the clams linguine and I had the veal saltimboca. Both entrees were excellent. Our waiter, Donavon provided great service. He was very knowledgeable and described the specials and provided other helpful information and excellent service. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
Food was good. The shrimp Florentine appetizer was good, the carbonara was very good and prepared traditionally. The Saltimbocca was good but the pasta was a bit overcooked.
My wife and I have been coming to North Myrtle for years. Tonight we happened to see this place as we were driving by and decided to give it a try. When we walked in it was packed! A singer was singing near the bar and it was clear this place was the place to be. We didn’t have a reservation so we had to wait about 30-40 min to get seated. When we did the waiter and waitress that helped us were amazing. We took their recommendation appetizers… the stuffed peppers… and the wine… Pinot Grigio Meiomi… both wet spot on. Then they recommended the pork chop special and the trigger fish… my wife got the fish and I got the pork chop. I also had a bowl of the tomato soup and it was the best I’d ever had. I can honestly say this was the best meal I’ve ever had in North Myrtle and the best Italian food I’ve ever had period.
