The villa in the terminal is very bad , customer service is horrible they have the place dirty , I asked for an item I’m paying for I was told one size only for another customer to be sold the size I first asked for he tells me I don’t have the money for it like excuse you you have a job to do if someone is paying for there item who are you to judge me and say I don’t have the money my home could be around the corner In with light wear so this needs to be fixed they are always shouting on phones and not cleaning place this is very sad then tells me sorry do I wanna buy that after I just bought something else on your menu since he said what I wanted was only 1 size I got my drink and spent more than the customer who only got the 7.85 plate so how is it I can’t afford it when my one plate was more you need better workers
Ate a so-so Stromboli. A homeless guy walks in w $20 and asks for food. The manager rings this homeless guy up and charges him money!!!! That’s insane!!!! The homeless guy of course wants food and money and the manager starts fighting him! I said that please give him his money and I’ll pay for it. The guy said that he can’t open register and/or void transaction and charge my card. Needless to say he wanted the homeless guy to walk away without food or his $20. This is the epitomy of social irresponsibility. Not to give food to the poor?!
I definitely feel the food is over priced I know it’s the city but sheesh. I was skeptical cause my favorite pizza spot pizza cost $3.50 and this was over $5 and the pizza wasn’t anything special but for pizza+ side + orange juice was $15.
Went here for school trip. Didn’t have to pay for the pizza. Pizza good. Pizza fine.

The packaging was ineffective. I ordered my meal to go and they wrapped my plate in plastic wrap. When I got to the register, the staff billed me for food I didn’t order. My bill was an unreasonable $27 for a plate of pasta and a pizza slice. Worse, when I opened the plate up at my apartment I found a hair in the pasta. Repulsive!
Great price and quality food. One of the best eateries near Time Square. Affordable and serves tasty Pizzas, Pastas & meat based food.
I don’t know what’s worse, the under heated slice or the republican rhetoric being spouted out of all the tv screens. Don’t waste your time or your money unless you’re desperate for something to eat.
