My service van would not start about a block away from this respectable repair shop. Randy and Casey took great care of my issue, diagnosed the problem properly and made the necessary repair. I thought it was the starter or starter solenoid, but it turned out to be neither of those but was simply the power wire to the solenoid. They could have charged me for a new starter, which would have made my bill $200.00 higher, but they did not. I am so pleased I found this decent shop by fate.
Great shop! We delivery all over the Twin Cities so our vehicles rack up many miles and many repairs. Viking Auto has always taken good care of us, at a reasonable price. Most places cost an arm and a leg, here they let you keep your leg! They also support small businesses. You rock Viking Auto keep up the good work. Definitely Recommend.

Top notch shop by far. I have been bringing my car to Viking for over a year. I have never worked with an auto shop that thinks and acts with the customer perspective in mind. Pricing, service, and most importantly the entire teams personality is fantastic. I recommended a friend for some maintenance and he agreed as well.

My Honda has been accelerating roughly for about a year. I have asked other shops/mechanics to find what is wrong and two others couldn't figure it out. Jake took it for a test drive and agreed something was up. There were no codes triggered, but you could tell it wasn't right. He hooked it up to a diagnostic and did some research. The most common maintenance for the problem didn't cure it, so Jake dug deeper. He ended up finding what the cause was and fixed something pretty minor that could have ended up being major. Thank you for going further than others had and getting the car running right!

Story
Brought my 2002 acura mdx to them for a second opinion after another shop off of white bear ave told me my transmissions because they said theres 2 need to be replace because of the horrible noises that were coming from under the front. Brought it to Viking think it juat can't be, and they said what I was think that it was just a wheel barring. They helped me get it fixed and it is still working great. I'll never goto the other pace every again i almoat junked my car because of what they said
