Food was great and service was fast! We were starving when we arrived, so we really appreciated the quick service. We went around 5:00 PM and there were quite a few parking spaces and only 3 other groups were there at that time. Not as busy as I thought it would be, but that's probably because it was an early dinner. We ordered the Combination Pho, Tofu Spring Rolls, and Tofu Fried Rice. They were all great! The Combination Pho had a lot of meat and good amounts of rice noodles and fresh vegetables. The taste was delicious. The Tofu Spring Rolls literally came out less than 5 minutes after we ordered it. The Spring Rolls with the peanut sauce was delicious, as well. Finally, our Tofu Fried Rice. This dish was good, but not as good as the other 2 we ordered. It was a generous portion with lots of tofu. The tofu was just fried, not seasoned, but the rice seasoning made up for it. We had leftovers at the end and our waitress packed it for us. Overall, it was a delicious meal with quick and good service. I would eat here again.
Our experience at Vietnamese Cafe was amazing. I ordered the jalapeño chicken with fried rice (rice is not extra but is not listed on the menu as included) and a mango boba tea. I enjoyed both and look forward to trying other dishes next time we visit!
My fiancée ordered the lunch-portion curry chicken with hot and sour soup and a spring roll - she couldn’t stop eating them they were so tasty! To me, their peanut sauce really stood out - it may take first place of all the ones we’ve tried in Denver.
Our friend who joined us ordered the pho and was very impressed too.
Lastly, the service we received was spectacular. Or waitress was so attentive and kind she boxed our food for us!
We are really looking forward to going back :)
Love the noodle bowls here and they have dairy free bobas. I’ve had the shrimp duo noodle bowl, shrimp and combo all good. Wish there was more lettuce and sprouts, but still really good. The dairy free mango boba is so good!!!
I order take out from here at least once a week, and I always ask for specific things (no bean sprouts, no crushed peanuts) and they ALWAYS get it correct. I’m amazed at their attention to detail and the consistency of their commitment to delicious food. I love the noodle bowls & the pho. Best broth EVER. Thank you so much for being my Go To Vietnamese food outlet! And thank you for paying attention to my dietary needs & always getting it correct! Delicious!! Don’t change a thing! It’s perfection!
The parking lot is crazy.. if you can find a spot
, ppl racing thru the parking lot have ni concern for people crossing or backing out. Be careful almost got hit. They will honk at you for pulling out. They are closed Thanksgiving. The food is always fresh and tasty. Love that they provide fresh items separately if you order to go or delivery. The price is decent. Staff is give or take. Sometimes feel rushed and out of place if I pick up my order.
This is literally the best Vietnamese food in the north side of town. We do eat here at least twice a month. Try the lemongrass chicken, it's outstanding. It ever dissappoints with consistency with all dishes. Unhurried atmosphere. Try the soft shell crab appetizer as a starter. Their Vietnamese egg rolls are the best on the north.
My husband and I used to treat ourselves every Friday to Vietnamese and now that I’ve moved to the foothills we unfortunately are missing you all more than ever! We were so glad we were in the area to treat ourselves again! We just can’t find any place that compares to Vietnamese Cafe!! Great flavors and always fresh!!
I’ve been here once before so I was excited to show some friends this place so we got takeout and it was an extreme disappointment. The bill was over $70 for three people taking out without any type of drink, and all of the chicken was extremely soggy, but somehow dry at the same time. It was like it was sitting there for hours, and just shoved in a box to sell to me extremely overpriced. The crab wontons have no flavor and we’re not crispy at all. The Noodles that I purchased were basically angel hair pasta that was also soggy and falling apart with no flavor. And I thought, at least maybe the rice might be good, but it was some of the worst fried rice I’ve had in my entire life. When I reached out to see about getting possibly new food or a refund, there was no reply and I still haven’t gotten a response till this day. Over $70 I threw away because there wasn’t one good idem.
