Simple place, good quality food and generous portions, I’ve been here twice now and ordered different things all really good quality, tough competition in the area and this place holds its own. Drinks are too sweet for me but food is well seasoned and will be back many times. Good service.
I have spent a month in Vietnam this year, I’m not Vietnamese myself but I can say this place certainly is authentic! I think the Vietnamese pancake was better here than any I had in Vietnam! Everything else was delicious and very fresh. I will be back! They do have vegetarian options and a vegan menu! Been in the area for a while and I’ve always seen this place packed out. Now we know why! The waitress was so nice and helpful and a great guide to understanding whats best to order. Good quantity and the food was really good. Hoping to come back and try more
Friendly, knowledgeable staff very happy to help one of our party with food intolerances. All the food was flavoursome, well presented, good size portions and very yummy. Will be eating in and getting take away from Viet Alley again very soon.
A small restaurant on the high street which lets you bring your own drinks which is always nice. I didn’t like my food but I will be back to try other dishes as a lot of the food looked really nice.
Usually quite buzzing, mixed with locals and new customers it seems which is a good sign!
A much larger menu compared to other restaurants, more choice and even a separated vegan menu.
Lots of seating is available including more seating downstairs, BYO is also allowed.
The food arrived after 20 mins or so, hot and fresh. Portions are generous as seen and the staff are super friendly though usually quite busy.

Great new restaurant in the neighbourhood. Very friendly service throughout - genuinely so impressed.
The food was also really delicious! I love how they balanced out hot spicy meals with a small plate of salad which isn't common practice for a bowl of Bun Hues. They also serve a wide variety of fresh fruit juice which is a nice touch.
The place is nice, clean and cozy and location is perfect as it's just at the Greenwich end of Deptford High St.
Will definitely go again!
