I’M NOT ONE TO LEAVE REVIEWS BUT THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL/ RUDE COMPANY! I AM CALLING THE OFFICE WHEN THEY OPEN AND COMPLAINING! THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST IGNORANT DISPATCHER AND DRIVER! UNBELIEVABLE! IT’S 6am WHO WANTS TO START THEIR DAY THAT WAY?? UGH
Normally not one to leave a review on a business I never used but I saw another review concerning the same thing. I was driving behind a white Camry just now with the license plate VTTR1 and they're an absolutely awful driver. Swerving all over the road, going 10-15 mph under the limit abs when I got the opportunity to safely pass they floored it and wouldn't allow me to merge without causing an accident and then slowed right down again. When you drive around with a mobile advertisement on your car, you shouldn't drive like an a-hole!!!
Just drove behind one of the cars (license plate VTTR1) and would not feel safe referring anyone to this company. The driver almost blew through a red light, proceeded to pass people on double lines, was swerving all over the road, and driving extremely fast and erratically.
Here is one of their cars committing a hit and run after screaming at me and hitting my car with their door leaving dents because they parked in between two spots not allowing a safe spot for handicap parking. Absolutely appalled but the behavior of the driver enabling a mentally ill patient to attack a car for her. Then when I contacted the company to try and resolve and get insurance information instead of calling the police the lady on the phone laughed and said “ma’am are you sure you didn’t make the dent yourself do you know how hard it is to dent a car with a door”. Absolutely shocked at the response I was just trying to get the insurance information without a police report.
The most rudest drivers plural I have ever had I had one drop me off and one pick me up an hour late with an infant who has just had surgery and a 2 year old. The rudest company and drivers I have ever had in my life. If I had a choice I would never use this livery company again!!!!!!!
The owner is very pleasant goes over and beyond even while on vacation. Always a pleasure to see Karen everyday. So happy to have a service that u can rely on. Thank you so much

Drivers not friendly nor are they particularly safe drivers.
Erratic on the highways... no signals changing lanes, tailgating, etc. Def not a good impression or the sense of safety.
