Wonderfully decorated! Lovely plants and decor to feel extra cosy.
Went for a Sunday morning coffee with a friend and we were warmly welcomed and had the sofa to ourselves.
A good selection of goodies!
Nice quiet atmosphere with some background music and a couple lit candles. They have outdoor seating too!
It's absolutely amazing and a great place to have l a bit of lunch after work/ long day. The food here is also super delicious, I'd definitely come here when I go out for a snack/ lunch!! ????
Great place to gather up and chill during busy day. Cosy, warm and pleasant coffee shop with large variety of cakes, biscuits, ice cream and desserts. Owner serves fantastic Belgian waffles with various toppings. Highly recommend to children and families.
We visit Victoria’s every Wednesday and have been made to feel very welcome. Very pleasant surroundings and extremely clean. The sandwiches and cakes are all freshly prepared and very reasonably priced. I would recommend a visit, definitely the best place in Shirley for a coffee. Annetta.

Really nice and cosy coffee shop. The kitchen was closed but we had really good tea and cake. We couldn't decide on the cake so the lady gave us an extra slice which was really nice of her.
Delicious coffee and cake! To be honest, I've been in Costa or Coffee No. 1. which was my favourite before I tried coffee in here. I always buy coffee there if I'm around. Coffee tastes really good, taste better compared to other global brands. Place is cosy, warm and quite which make perfect place for have a stop.
When it came to pay the lady took my card out of my hand, bleeped it through on the machine, opened the till and printed a receipt and then gave me my card back! She didn't ask my permission to do that. I asked for a small latte, when it came to me it was no taller than the width of my hand! never seen such a small coffee before, and it was £2.25! There was plenty of cakes and biscuits and the menu looked extensive. It was however a small coffee shop, with one or two children in screaming and there would be no where to escape. I am looking for an alternative to Coffee 1 but Im afraid Victorias is not it.
