Come to Victoria Market. If you love slow, incompetent, rude staff then you'll love it here! Come and see our wide range of gone-off meats with insects crawling all over it. Come for the nauseating odour. Come for items labelled in Russian so you have no idea what you're buying. Come for incredibly basic items like bread and milk, only to find we've run out! Come for queues that move at the pace of a dead snail. ETC ETC ETC
There's a Shell garage up the road. Go there instead. Thank me later.

If I could give minus stars , I definately would .. The woman who runs this shop , is the most rude , ignorant and arrogant person I have ever come across .. zero customer service and zero manners .. she made her problem , my problem , as she didn't know how to correctly use the paypoint , this wasn't the first time either . She needs to be trained on both manners and how to use the equipment.. Take note from premier , on Skelton road , always polite and helpful , this is where I will now spend my money !
The cashier the other day made a mistake with my items as she added it to the other customer’s cart. Instead of apologising, she was so rude to me and very arrogant. Hope the shop will have a better staff as it has a lot of good foods and stuff.
Rude, arrogant and no customer skills what so ever ...the shop is beautiful but the staff are rude as hell. The manager is very friendly shame that some of the staff isn't.

Great selection of food here, both English & European, fresh & frozen. Staff are all great, and there's some good bargains to be found. Definitely check out the meats they have too!
It is a nice shop, massive European range of products and great customer service. The shop is also reasonably priced.
