Stayed here for 3 nights with 20 other family members for a family members 60th birthday at the end of September. We had a good variance of ages from babies through to 60. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house itself has all you need for all the family, huge kitchen which has everything you need, the rooms are comfortable and clean and my room was on the top floor with a fantastic view across the water, all bedrooms are en suite, but I do recommend the top floor at the front of the house as the views are fantastic.
We spent a lot of time out walking and exploring the town which was very calm and peaceful.
What an amazing place this Victoria house is. We stayed here for a week and had an amazing time.

It’s a Victorian beach house nestled in what I can only describe as gods place. So beautiful & peaceful with only a short walk to everything you really need. The views are stunning from the garden & bay windows.
I fell in love with the place from the moment I got there, it really is worth every penny.
Josh is the owner & he really did make our holiday even better with his knowledge of the whole area, he pointed us to all the best places to visit. Showed us around a few too. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him & if you ask nicely he might let you use his paddle boards too.
Definitely returning next year!
Lovely location and plenty of space. The accomodation though is a bit rough and ready and felt more like a hostel than a hotel. This didn't bother me as I'm used to camping and bunk barns etc. It was however, very tatty in places and some of the wiring looked suspect. With a bit of TLC it would be excellent.
Spent a weekend here with a group of around 20 people and we all had a great time. There was plenty of space and facilities for everyone, and Joshua the owner was very friendly and helpful.
Just spent a weekend here with a large group of friends and family for my 30th! Perfect accommodation with everything you need. Great views and location. The host was very friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. We would all definitely go back in the future!
Amazing stay with friends and family, perfect for a weekend away celebrating, and relaxing in the hot tub. Beautiful views right at the beach, stunning sunrise and cracking night sky views. Owners couldn't be nicer. Short walk from cafes, a great restaurant and a few pubs. Lots to sight see nearby too.
Beautiful location for a break away.. plenty of space in the house for large groups and would definitely recommend for a quiet break away! House was well equipped, garden was large with hot tub and you’re right on the beach! I miss this house already!
It was a great place for family time. Lots of rooms a big kitchen with a adequate room for a family meeting. The garden has a bbq area and a hot tub. And the views are amazing.
