I went to this garage when my number plate fell off my car whilst visiting an elderly relative. I was a long way from home and turned up to see if they could help. They were wonderful. Fixed it straight away and refused any payment. Quality of work, customer service and kindness show great work ethic and attention to detail. I can't thank them enough and would definitely recommend them to others.
Did a great job fixing a wing mirror and tyre pressure sensor on a Ford s-max at short notice and at a fraction of the cost of a Ford garage.

Most helpful garage locally! After being ripped off by my regular garage and paying for work that ended up not being done I switched to Victoria garage and haven’t looked back since. Van came back better than ever after this gearbox rebuild.

They must have such a good reputation and loyal customer base that they don’t need new business. Brought my wife’s car for a service and they did a great job. Then asked them to quote for some engine work on my car. Despite chasing many times over a 3 week period, they keep promising call backs and a quote - but haven’t yet been forthcoming, which is quite annoying.
Jim & his team are professional, courteous, and do what they say they will do. No hidden charges, no surprises, just quality workmanship at a great hourly rate (half a main dealer's price). Excellent!
These guys are brilliant. Very friendly and super reasonable, despite my car causing them headaches for a few weeks. Anyone in the Harpenden, Wheathampstead and surrounding area with car issues or just for servicing, these are the guys you need to see. Fantastic service.
