Where do I start? Been ordering from this fish and chips establishment for several years and have never been disappointed. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. I live no where near the area but travel for the quality food. Honestly can’t fault them! Keep doing what you do best guys! Will see you again soon! Highly recommended!
For sure the best chippy in Cardiff. I’ve been going for around 5 years now and have not been let down once. My personal favourite is the small fish and chips with a battered sausage and spicy curry sauce! The staff there are also so friendly and we always have a laugh when i’m down there. I’ve been going so much they already start preparing my takeaway as soon as I walk into the shop. Excellent customer service and food!
This is definitely the best chippy in south wales. Their fish and chips are one of the best if not the best I’ve ever had and their chicken Doner box is one of a kind. The customer service provided by the boys at the chippy is world class especially from the one wearing glasses. I would recommend going here asap and will be going to the chippy every week. ????
Victoria Fish Bar is hands down the best spot for fish and chips in town. The fish is always fresh and perfectly fried, while the chips are thick, fluffy, and crispy. Plus, the service is top-notch and the atmosphere is welcoming. Give them a try – you won't be disappointed!
Spent over £40 today on fish and chips. Was very disappointed as ordered 3 cod and chips, pie and chips and sausage in batter and chips. The 3 cod fillets were inedible. Each mouthful contained bones, never eaten fish like it. It was dry and the batter was very soggy. My sister had the sausage and batter with chips and actually found a piece of grit (stone like) in her CHIPS!! The texture of the pie was awful, it was just like potato mashed with gravy in a soggy pie. Do not recommend, very disappointed.
Called in to see owner, explained my complaint, owner agreed mistake and we brought a take away home, enjoyed very much, well done ????
Great lil chippy, guys there have obviously been frying for a long time. Cracking chips, spicy curry sauce was not that spicy but the potato fritters were amazing and reasonably priced!
Just popped in for some fish and chips and I have to say, it was top notch! The batter was crispy and the fish was cooked to a tee. Portions were generous and the prices were spot on.
Customer service was a real highlight, the staff were friendly and on the ball, making sure our order was sorted and not a thing was left to chance.
All in all, a cracking experience and I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. Keep it up!!
