Vincente’s is the BEST tire shop on earth. No sarcasm, they are wonderful people, the wait has never been longer than 5 minutes to get help. They have fantastic prices and they are upfront and honest.
I have a habit of finding nails with my tires year, and every year they fix my tires. They don’t just fix it, they FIX FIX it.
It will be a sad day when they retire. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!
Bad experience!!! I did all of my suspension and brakes on my 2003 Honda Element and it was running perfectly, but after suspension and brake work is always recommended to do an alignment. For that reason, I took it to Vicente's, just for an alignment. When I took it there, they recommended me new wheel hubs and bearings, so I decided to buy new ones and I let them do the jobs because they were so sure to do a great job. I always do my car maintenance and light mechanic work, but I decided to give them a chance because they seem like like good people (I am sure they are). They quoted me $500 for the installation of the 2 front wheels hubs and bearings. I agreed, but the problem was when they called me they said "your car is ready come and pick it up". I went there and I paid my $500 for the work, they gave me the keys, and as soon as I got into the car and turned it on the ABS light was on and the Ebrake light as well. I went back to tell them and they said don't worry we will take car of it. A few days later they simply couldn't find the problem and they told me that everything was done perfectly, they simply don't know what is happening. So basically, I took my car without any problems paid $500 for a wheel hub and wheel bearing replacement and now I have a car with the ABS light and Ebrake lights on all the time. Long story short car was great before, now is damage, and that cost me $500. I will be doing all this job myself in my garage this coming weekend, and I can guarantee that I will do it correctly, and I am no mechanic, I am a just a teacher that likes to works on his cars (but following directions and with calm). Not recommended!!! Don't go there!
They owners were nice people... Just the whole situation was garbage.

We were looking for some tires for my husbands truck that’s lifted. It’s hard to find his tire size. Although they didn’t have his size, Mario was so extremely helpful! He took the time to explain everything, look for the tires, and recommended other shops. He was attentive. We’re going back for the alignment. Great service!
Around the corner. Have always had friendly , knowledgeable service. I've had tires, battery, lights, brakes, oil change, gaskets replaced. Open everyday. Drive up every time. Only once did I have to leave my vehicle but it was done early the next day.
They tried to charge me 1500.00 for a power steering pump. The only problem was I needed power steering fluid. My husband truck blew a relay and they charger him 375.00 for a diagnosis test. Now saying he need a new motor. Do not go to these people they are crooks. Take your car to the dealer.
I went there to see if I could get a tire repaired and he showed me the area on the tire that was too damaged to be repaired. He had a tire that was almost the right size, but didn't try to upsell it to me or convince me that it was close enough. I'm giving him 5 stars because he was honest and friendly.
Came in with one nail on my tire to find out I actually had two! I was helped immediately and greeted with a smile. Thank you for your excellent service
