Vitalii is great car mechanic knows what he is doing and knows cars. Recommend it!
Highly recommend as the customer service is top notch. I went to get my emission test done and ended up running into a few obstacles that led me to get there 5 minutes before closing. When I arrived, I was told that emission testing was done from 10-noon every day, but Victor (owner) ended up making time and helping me with the emission test anyway. I also was in a part of the parking lot that was super close to another car, so he jumped in and helped me without hesitation. Just all around great service and I truly appreciate the care Victor gave. Thank you!

I will continue to come back because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles. Victor really knows his cars well, you won't find a better mechanic than him! He truly is the best!
I took my car in, upon a recommendation from a family member who has used Victor many times, for a new driveshaft and spark plug assembly. While at first I received prompt service at what felt like a good price, I subsequently had to return the vehicle two more times; as it turns out, no one in the shop had not even attempted to do the work on the spark plug assembly, for which I was billed $280. Now after the 3rd visit, the parts appear to have been replaced, but were poorly installed and the engine is misfiring. I will not be returning a fourth time. I'd love to believe this was an isolated incident but my patience has been exhausted. I'm out not only the initial charges and whatever it will cost to take somewhere capable, but the time and gas of driving 30 minutes to Grafton from MKE 6 times.
If you go here take the time to fully understand what you are being charged for and what work was actually completed.
Terrible service, I took a vehicle for a routine checkup and they returned it with mechanical failures, I called to make the claim and they asked me to take it back, I took it three times and they never did anything to it! I had to take it to another garage so they could look for it and repair the damage they caused and they didn't want to respond. I do not recommend it.
Victor is my hero. My jeep managed to get a complete flat in the parking lot where I work, about a block away from his shop. Victor was willing to go out of his way, come to me and help me, so I could get home without towing or ruining my rim. His charge was beyond fair. I am so refreshed to know that being a "good neighbor" does still exist and this man and his shop are such an aset to this community.
My car stopped driving out of nowhere on a Thursday night. I called in and asked to bring my car in the next day. They were able to fit me in right away and within a few hours of bringing the car in, they were able to tell me that it was likely the transmission that had failed. BUT they had said there was a slight change that the transmission filter may just be clogged and they would look into that before recommending that we replace the transmission.
The next day (yes, they are open Saturdays) they told me that they were able to unclog the transmission filter and get the car running. I picked it up that morning. What could very well have been a $2,000 repair ended up being under $200 total.
I wanted to give a good review because it is hard to find auto shops that you are confident will be honest with you and that you trust to do quality and punctual service to your car -- all for a very reasonable price! I would definitely recommend.
Victor is an honest man who does good work with pride. I swear by him. And if there's justice in this life there will be songs written and statues raised in his honor
