Treated myself to a 60 minute service here. I booked online which was great because I’m a big fan of using online booking systems. Everything was great from the massage to the facial jelly mask. Nina was my massage therapist. Total service time was closer to 90 minutes because she was brushing my hair out at the end so I appreciated her going the extra length for me.
I should have asked for a bit more pressure. The products they use smell so good and I left feeling so relaxed.
The spa is a few rooms divided using curtains so there is some noise just from the street and other clients but it was fine. I’d skip the blow dry portion - it’s not a blow out and it costs extra.
I will definitely be back and I’ll be recommending this to my friends!
Booked Platinum treatment through Julie, who was very careful & respectful about noting the few ingredients that cause allergic reactions (in me, not generally.) Treatment was with Mai. She could not have been better; always making sure I was comfortable. And so kind! In the end, my hair felt as new as a baby’s. Will absolutely be back.
It was amazing experience for my birthday! Van was very very strong. I definitely want to make this part of my therapy in taking care of myself. The price was good for the service they gave. Everyone should take care of themselves and go to V- Head
Came here with my two family members. They made it work out and we were all seen together. Although we couldn’t talk at all during the duration it was still very cool to do together. During our massage the relaxing music plays, the rooms are separated but in our case they opened up the rooms so us 3 could be together. The massage felt great and was very relaxing. My relatives said they went a little hard at times but nothing too major. I would return back myself for another self care day.
WOW! just wow ! I had the Platinum treatment for 75 minutes, every time I was surprised with every treatment given, amazing scalp massage, face massage, the facial felt amazing, the back,arm, neck , shoulders massage were amazing as well, I never knew how much I needed this, all I kept thinking was, every human being deserves to pamper themselves like this, beyond relaxing, Van did an amazing job at always checking up if I was doing well during the treatment, she paid attention to detail, getting the right pressure points, and making sure my scalp was extra clean , I have a lot of hair and it’s tick so I knew it was a bit of a hassle but she’s a professional and knew exactly how to handle my hair she was gentle with it ???? my scalp has never felt this amazing, I’m definitely coming back I’m at awe with this pampering, love yourself and get this spa day for you we all need it ????
OMG! I just had my first head spa experience, and I'm in love! I definitely recommend making an appointment with them before your visit. I decided to go with the Platinum Treatment, which is a 75 minute experience that is at $145. It came with a scalp massage, wash & condition, neck and shoulder massage, face cleansing, hot oil treatment, facial massage with jade tools, collagen/anti-aging/vitamin mask, and arm massage. I had Mai as my specialist. She was super sweet and friendly. I felt like I was hanging with an auntie or something. The stalls are divided by curtains. Each area holds 2 people at a time. I had the luxury of being in the stall by myself. I can't imagine if you came by yourself, and ended up next to a stranger. So, I highly suggest coming here with a friend or a significant other since the stalls are set up like that. They give you a basket to store your belongings. It is very dim-lit, and they have spa music in the background playing. Mai is also very strong, so let her know how you like your pressure points for your massages. Although I don't get cold easily, I can see how it can get cold for others who do. The whole experience was definitely relaxing and much needed. I didn't really know what to expect, but I left the place feeling rejuvenated. After my blow dry, my hair was left silky and shiny. There is free parking available in the back or on the street in front. It looks like they're extending their space, so there's two areas you can enter through the back. The back is pretty unassuming, so pay attention to the address # that they give you. The pricing is kind of high for the area, but if you got a pretty penny, I highly recommend trying this place out! Cash tips encouraged.
Excellent service. I called a day before and they were able to accommodate me and my husband. You get your own private space. Sectioned two chairs with curtains around. I think better if you come with someone so you don’t get roomed with someone random. They ask to remove your top. They provide a blanket to keep yourself warm.
Included head, face, shoulders, arms, and neck massage. Washed hair and really cleaned my scalp a few times. Nice facial massage, wash, and a refreshing mask.
100% would come back and bring others too!
Very underwhelming. We got the platinum package. Each minute had something happening but everything just felt subpar. The neck massage was not on the correct part of the neck (she massaged my carotid arteries rather than the sternocleidomastoid muscles). The arm massage was short lived and the lotion felt really sticky. The packages themselves are quite expensive and it’s repulsive to hear oh that’s it when giving cash tip. They blow dry hair straight but they don’t add tension to the hair so I left with very very frizzy hair. They didn’t spray heat protectant either.
Overall, the place is clean. There’s parking in the back. Way overpriced for the service.
