So far this month (Feb) we have not been picked up for 2 out of 3 rides. The first was a very important surgery procedure. I am not sure what's going on, but it already took us almost a whole year to figure out how to get rides to needed appointments which are 30 min to 2 and a half hours away. At this point, I feel that we are blatantly being denied service. No call, no show, no sorry. Please do better!
My mother uses this ride service for all medical appointments. Ever since the merge, the no call, no shows have been unacceptable. She has missed so many appointments. The most recent she got out of therapy at 1pm and was left on sidewalk not picked up until 4pm. She called 3 seperate times and they kept saying to watch out for this make/model which never showed up.
Also they cancel rides without notifying the client & require notice for cancellations but do not give same respect. They do not care at all.
Veyo has cancelled my rides the night before or not shown up more often than they have shown. They require 48 business hours to schedule a ride and then right before the appointment they leave you scrambling to figure out how to get to your appointment. Also, they want a 24 hr notice if you won’t be going to appointment. But won’t show you the same respect. When I spoke with a supervisor, I was told that they prioritize appointments so they can’t always guarantee a ride. This comment made me feel like I was less significant and my appointments took back seat.
My experience has mainly been very good but this past week had an appt that had to be cancelled because of a no show driver or transportation company that were to use that particular day
All agents are outstanding and out to help...you do need to reserve early which I do .any issue have ever had has been with late drop offs back home due to pickups along the way.we always have gotten to destination on time....a time or 2 problems with drivers that was reported and fixed .
Maybe better contact day before trip morning of,etc .

The mileage fare for the drivers is too little, making it not worth working with. Additionally, this company broke the law and violated its contract with Medicaid by using Uber and Lyft, whose drivers are not certified to transport patients. It is time to sue them.
I just had to share. Veyo has a horrible system. I had to, yet again, cancel my appointment yesterday. for the 4th time. It's a significant waste of time. It's not the drivers fault. It's whoever came up with your system. I'll figure something out for transportation.
I've had issues with a driver many times and today she canceled my sons ride saying he never came out of the house. But they didn't realize I have a security system and it caught the driver never even stopping outside. The van came to a rolling stop(tires never filly stopped) the driver snapped a picture and then they drove off. Literally my son was walking out the door and the driver speed back up. As a parent of a special needs child this it unacceptable. I hope they investigate but I've also heard warnings they don't do that either.
If I could give less than one star I would. Very Unaccommodating. I understand policies, but there was zero help or understanding for somebody who was in need. I was in a car wreck and I need to get to my medical appointments related to this situation. I have never used the service before because I have always depended on myself to get to my appointments. I was referred by my medical provider to use the service. They had faith that the service could help me. My appointment is less than two days so they will not help me. I I will never use the service or refer anybody to the service. The person I talked to did not care about the situation I was in. Not very good for a customer based service that handles people with medical needs.
