Very grateful for my benefits! I have been a service connected disabled veteran for 30 years and have been to many VA hospitals . Gainesville is top notch ????The facility is very nice but the staff is attentive, professional and caring! Dr. GINGRICH AND HER STAFF, THE BEST!
Had pro medical. Big as it is, it wouldn't hurt to have more escorts. Med staff was extremely heloful in getting me to appt. area. I use the valet parking & was extremely satisified, & saved LOTS of time from looking for a parking space. Park lot looks like Disney lot. I am overall very satisfied with my visit to Neurology. Dr. took the time to explain MRI & put it into words abt. my problems that I could understand. Highly recomend this VA.
Clean hospital; staff and Physicians are great. Everyone was helpful and caring.
Employees are pleasant, informative and very helpful and considerate. We checked in, it went quickly. Can see why they have high ratings. Been bringing my husband here for 35yrs. Recent improvements are wonderful.
I hate the VA. If I'm late 10 minutes Veterans I get rescheduled but if the staff gets behind we have to deal with it. And also don't forget Veterans die of preventable causes at VA Medical Centers. Set your Will and say goodbye to your loved onea before going to that appointment.
Parking is a mess. If you have an early appointment you better get there an hour and a half early. They are also giving covid-19 shots now. The place is super busy.
We have had the best care by the best doctors and nurses. We've always been very happy with the V. A. Medical center.
Everyone was helpful with checking people in for their appointments. Not enough of parking for patients but plenty handicapped parking for the handicapped.
