Vessel is hands down one of my favorite restaurants. Clean food, beautiful atmosphere, and kind customer service. My husband and I always come here when we want to be full and feel GOOD after eating. I got the Good N Plenty shown in the photo.
This place is really nice! I love the inside and they have nice lighting. I ordered Good n' Plenty, and I loooooooved their Brussel sprouts and their mashed potatoes! The pulled pork was also delicious and the orange sauce that came with it was also good. The meal was very filling. I think the salads are also a good portion - will come back to try it later. Felt healthy eating it and the staff was friendly.

Really good food! Me and my family were all very pleased with our meal. This was not my favorite of this "type" of establishment, but i would definitely eat here again.
If you’re looking for tasty and guilt free, this is your place! Loved the flavor, portion sizes, atmosphere and variety of options to choose from. Meat, vegetarian, and vegan eaters have plenty of options at Vessel Kitchen. I will be coming back over and over to try everything! This was my first time and it was difficult for me to choose because so many things looked good!
Update: I got the Citrus Herb with grapefruit + feta beets and it should be described as beets and a teeny tiny smidge of grapefruit. I got this salad for the grapefruit and since I couldn't find any in my salad, I went back and asked for more. The lady said it's mixed in with the beets but she struggled to find a smidge of grapefruit in the mixture. She pulled out 2 tiny pieces and handed it to me in a small dish. Leaving zero for the next person. Regardless, the salad was gross and I won't get it again.
I got the Good and Plenty. Pork on mashed potatoes. It was very flavorful, it could have been a little warmer though. Loses one star for not coming out hot and also for not having clean tables. Our table wasn't clean and no one cleaned tables while I was there.
I enjoyed the way the menu and ordering is set up. The food tasted fresh and had decent flavor. This was my first time trying falafel, and it was pretty tasty when warm! But don't let them get cold, that immediately ruins the taste and I didn't know that lol
It would also be great to offer some sort of gravy or other comparable sauce for the side option of mashed potatoes because it would've tied the whole meal together and make it more cohesive in my opinion.
Delish food. Very consistent too. Greens are well washed and fresh. Pre-seasoned veggies and proteins are not too seasoned/salty. Particularly love that one can customize the salads a lot. Excellent brunch/lunch option.
