Horrible service. My daughter got her hair colored and cut. Her appointment was scheduled at 11am and she didn’t get done until 6:20pm. The girl who cut her hair cut it way shorter than she wanted and she hates it! This is very unfortunate being that we were getting it done for her graduation.Then the cash only policy what true business does this? Of course I would love to get paid cash and not have to worry about taxes being taken out, but some people aren’t so lucky. We were told her hair would be $240 then we get there and she says it will be $260. Then the language barrier is just unwelcoming when you can’t communicate with anyone! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if you are looking for a true salon experience.
I went into this salon with hopes to get a basic layered haircut. After looking through the pictures and seeing more good reviews than bad,I decided to give them a chance. I showed one picture, they said ok and the woman looked at it a number of times. I should have known to just stop her when she combed through all my hair forward to chop a chunk off, this was her method... which is exactly what you see on you tube when you want to cut it yourself. I got home to dry it and sooo disappointed with the results. This is terrible... luckily it will grow back. The image of the brunette is what I showed her.
I had Carmen do my hair and it came out a different color orange then I wanted but it still came out more then I thought I wanted it was amazing ???? she took her time and took time to find a look for me I came in and wasn’t sure what I wanted but she did her thing thank you and best part I had no damage like I asked . Thank you Carmen

Hardest part is Spanish speaking mostly - but we got through it
I wouldn't go anywhere else in San Antonio! They don't know much English, but these people know hair, and the price is not just fair, it's downright cheap for the work they put in. I love this place. I've had three haircuts here by three different people, and I've never been disappointed. Before this place, disappointment was the norm for me.
I looooove my haircut! ✨Daisy✨ did an amazing job! I showed her a picture and she exceeded my expectations. She showed such attention to detail and was very friendly on top of that.
For my readers: please bring cash that is all they accept. FYI: They're is one hairstylist that takes venom and cashapp. And she will give the money to your stylist.
I went 30min before closing and they were super nice and fit me in very quickly.
The stylist did a great job of cutting my hair and she made sure I was satisfied before she was done with me. I definitely recommend coming here.
They do quick fit ins which is great for a last minute cut like me lol

This was my first time at Veronica's. Nena gave me the best layered cut I've ever had. I have super long hair and no one else has been able to give me the dramatic layered effect that Nena was able to do! Will definitely be going back.
