Everyone was super helpful! I had both my young kids with me while they looked at and diagnosed my cars issue, and my kids had a blast playing with the rocks while we waited so the whole experince was great! Fair prices and great service. I will definitely be coming back if i run into any more car troubles!
Took one of my vehicles there with a light problem that nobody seemed to figure out. They all teemed up and discovered the problem. I was so impressed that I went back with a second vehicle and they fixed it's problem. I'm so happy with the service and reasonable cost that I'm now bringing all of my vehicles for any repairs. Good guys here, nothing fancy, just good honest service with prices that brings your vehicles and you back without hesitation.
I went to Vernon's about two months ago, I was a little skeptical at first because I have been given the run around by other shops in the past, but I was very happy with the work they did. The staff is awesome; they are very friendly, and you can tell that they know what they are talking about. I will definitely be going there again next time anything happens with my car. Great work at a great price!
Good old fashioned car repair shop. They've worked on my car for years-I believe they are honest and know their stuff. Very busy, make an appointment for asap-usually a day or 2 wait time. No waiting room. Steve and his crew are great!
I brought my truck to steve this morning to take a look at a mayor oil leak, He has the right people to identify problems, What I though was mayor it was simple fix for Him. And i can say that compared to what I was expecting to pay their charge was free. They don't overcharge like most places. Awesome people and friendly atmosphere.
Steve has such a wonderful soul. He has a great team and Mr. Vernon is funny as heck! They all are very knowledgeable and understanding to my lack of understanding. Lol I just drop off my baby (car)and she's perfect when I get her back!
Vernon's is my go to for any vehicle work. I don't trust anyone else with my vehicle anymore after comparing Steve's work to other local mechanics. At Vernon's they are fast, honest, kind, no nonsense. They set a high bar for other mechanics. Steve is very patient and kind, explains things well and let's me know what is going on with my vehicle. If you need work done in Palatka I highly recommend going to them.
I had my friend’s 1995 Ford Mustang towed to Vernon’s Auto Repair after speaking with Steve who works there. Steve is very knowledgeable about cars. He knew what was wrong with the car when I gave him a description of what it was doing. I mean he diagnosed the problem even before the car was in his possession. Sure enough he was right and he got the part and installed it. The prices are fair and reasonable and the turnaround time is fast!! I was thoroughly impressed with Steve’s honesty which is hard to find nowadays. If you need a good place to have your car repaired, look no further than Vernon’s. You won’t be disappointed!!..KS
