The ladies who came to pack everything up were quick and efficient, very nice and professional. The gentleman worked tirelessly through the July Louisiana heat, quickly and efficiently as well, were very polite and did an excellent job. Being a constant mover, I feel like they did an excellent job compared with the other movers we have had.
Don’t drive or use this company. As you can see. They have drivers that work for them who are not even insured and can’t even cover their workers. Go with professionals!! The management team also known as “Yolanda” has not been helpful and avoiding contact about getting vehicle fixed. Even tho company was at fault for following to close. So in conclusion don’t work with this company if your military or local. You are better off doing it yourself.

I don't leave reviews often, but this business was highly unprofessional. Gave my brother misleading information. The lady's seem to be more interested in their conversation more than helping out the customer. The movers also seem to be clueless about what is going on. Would recommend anyone to go to any place but here for moving????????
We used this company for a local move. There is no communication between management and crew. They lost the hardware for my furniture and it took over 4 days for them to give me any plan for getting my furniture back together. Once they finally came back to build the furniture I couldn’t build because I didn’t have the hardware, they only built have of what they agreed to build. Do not pay until after delivery.
The movers damaged my tv, couch, table, nightstand and bookshelf. Not minor damage but huge gouges, oil stains on couch, and cracked screen. They are not liable because it was a cash move. They will tell you one thing in person but make sure you read the fine print.
The owner needs to hire professionals who will go to the office and do their job! Today there were only two people at the office, one is new and clueless about what's going on. And another who came in to the office, fixing her hair in front of drivers, chit chatting and wasting time, while customers are waiting...if there is a zero rate for professionalism, I would go for that.
Ms. Cindy over at Vernon Storage is the GOAT ???? (Greatest Of All Time) when it comes to coordinating partial releases and answering any questions about stored household goods. She was very helpful! 2 thumbs up to the folks at Vernon!
This is our 5th move and the mover did an AMZING JOD !!! Very polite And such great guys, highly recommend them !!
