Had an appointment with Carla (or Karla, don’t know as she never showed up). Made the appointment last week, talked to Vernon and he confirmed with Carla in the background. Left my name and telephone number.

Arrived early and stood in the lobby behind another customer who was being ignored at the empty front desk. One woman working in the back doing hair, one woman to the left doing nails. After a few minutes the women doing nails asked if she could help us. I appreciated that as not only is that not her job, but she had a customer with two small children. The other customer had the next appointment with the stylist in the back and was asked to take a seat. I said that I had a 10 am appointment with Carla and as it was now 10 am the nail tech apologized and said she was probably on her way in. She then texted Carla. By the time I gave up and left, Carla had never responded to the nail tech.

No Vernon, no Carla, no professionalism or common courtesy.

This is the top salon in the area.

Vernon did a beautiful job on my hair. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed my first visit and will definitely be back.

Wonderful place! So happy I found it. I met the owner Vernon and Marissa did my perm and cut. Both funny and down to earth. I felt like I was right at home. Marissa did an awesome job, I couldn't be happier.

Vernon does a great job on my hair it is very thin and Vernon cuts it just right giving it height. The salon is very clean and everyone is really nice and there's even a boutique to buy a quick last minute gift.

Vernon will treat you like family....ones he likes!
