The staff were friendly. However I did a face wax for 35 dollars and the job was decent I still found some hair. The surprise was in the morning my face was bloody????. They reserve more than 2 starts but I didn’t expect that to happen.
Zero star! I booked my haircut appointment a week in advance, on the day of my appointment Ahlam lady made me wait for 2.5 hours, other ladies kept coming after me and Ahlam took care of them because they spoke Arabic. I kept asking for my turn but she ignored me, I had to leave with no haircut and wasted half of my day as i had to drive from Chula Vista.
I got my hair washed, cut, and styled. The staff was amazing and I love my hair. I'm not going anywhere else to get my hair done. Thanks Bernadette for styling!
