If I can give ZERO STARS I WOILD Highly do not recommend since under new management. Waited an hour for a personal pizza and burger. The young man working the register got mad with me because he got my order wrong. Argued me down screaming I’m a liar about just wanting cheese on burger. Made me feel very uncomfortable with his very aggressive tone after I spent my money with this business.

Not the Ventos I new for years. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I went into Ventos for many, many years. Square pizza and cheeseburgers not the same. I was happy the gentleman that worked there still had his job. I probably won't return. Sad to say.
I never went when the original owners were running it, but I can't imagine the recipes were transferred over to the new owners. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for hoagies.
The Italian was almost all bread with minimal meat, with brown, wilty lettuce and, for some reason, grilled onions with some marinara sauce on them instead of fried onions (as the website indicates). No special sauce to speak of.
The chicken club was, probably originally frozen, fried chicken patties with no mayo and minimal lettuce and tomato. The only positive was the well cooked bacon.
No complaints about the service, but hopefully they can improve the recipes.
Went there last weekend for I think the 2nd time since new ownership. Everything was honestly great - the pizza was very good and so was the steak hoagie - service was great as well. Two questions tho: did the old Vento's only serve Sicilian and did the old steak hoagie have the special sauce on it? Thanks to anyone who remembers and can let me know
If you come here, please make sure they are ready to serve you. I had to wait for several mins at the counter and nobodies came to me. No apologies as I told that I leave.
I wish it's not my last visit but it's more possible to be.
It's amazing ???? how close they are to the original ventos pizza ????. Very nice staff and family. Hope to see them get the lottery machine back as well. Good job "New"ventos
I ordered med pizza and wings my order was canceled without explanation and money taken out of my account. The phone number they gave to call isn't a valid number had to call bank and request a refund. Worst experience I ever had with a order. Be cautious ordering from them
It’s really irritating to wait 20 minutes for two basic slices of pizza to go and have to leave without getting them because the three kids Working in the pizza place don’t seem to want to move very fast. A waste of $7.50. Hope somebody enjoyed the two pizza slices.
