I went to him today to repair my car following a sudden breakdown. No one was found on site. The door was closed, although it opened at nine o'clock. I stayed more than a quarter of an hour and I called him by phone but someone answered me and told me he would come. A bad experience in terms of respecting time... knowing that I work at night, I went directly to them... but after waiting, I went to another specialist where I found all the very welcoming world.
Guys, look no further for the most educated, fair priced, professIonal and best work you can look for at an auto repair shop. They’ve been in business a very long time and it shows. Super thorough on explaining the issues with my cars repair and I was confident that no one out there was going to do the job right the first time. I can’t thank you enough for all of your help and for the wonderful experience. 10/10 I won’t go ANYWHERE else.

Worst experience ever! Completely scam guy pretending to be Italian. Broke my car and won’t even try to fix . Doesn’t work with insurance which in the beginning he told me he will work with it .
Joe was such a great guy. I came in alone & he made sure to physically show me everything that was going on with my vehicle and what the most important thing to fix was. He worked pretty quickly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I plan to go back anytime something goes wrong with my car.
Joe was very friendly and did a great job explaining the issues with our car. The car repairs were turned around quickly and I had it ready by the next day. I would definitely use Venice again for any services and recommend them to others.
Joe did an excellent job and took care of us. When I had a sudden onset of a a very serious sounding noise when accelerating, he was able to get me in to a do a diagnostic the next day when other shops couldn’t get me in for over a week. He quickly identified the main issue with a cracked engine mount, dove deeper to ensure that there were no additional issues resulting from it, and worked to get the replacement parts ordered and installed in under 24 hours to get the vehicle back to me. While he runs his operation a little less standardized than most chain shops do, Joe is very sincere, honest and trustworthy in getting the job done right and not overcharging to do so. I called up a local Honda dealership afterwards and they quoted me almost double what Joe charged to do the same repairs. That’s quality service.
I have been to Venice 3 times in the last year (each time for a different issue) and Joe is really a stand up guy.
He fixed our car the day after Christmas last year and now this year the day before Christmas Eve. He’s honest about pricing, he didn’t assume that bc I’m a woman with the check engine light on that I don’t know anything. He is honest about diagnostics and quotes an accurate cost every time.
Venice is speedy with quality work, has affordable pricing, and shows customer care. 6/5 stars.
