I have a hard time trusting anyone to cut my hair after many bad experiences. Crystal is now my go to. She is the only one I will let cut my hair. I will wait hours or even a day if I have to because she DOES THAT GOOD OF A JOB!! I am thankful for her commitment she has to her job and her trustworthiness i can rely on for the excellent work each time. 5 stars is not enough I would put more if I could!! The atmosphere is always amazing especially between all the hair stylists Crystal, Brandy, and Velma! Keep up the great work guys! Ignore the hate reviews you all get because you each do excellent work! Thank you so much! The negative Nancie’s can go get their hair chopped else where!!
I've never had issues before this last time I took my boys. I did a before and after picture to send my mother and noticed that the lady shaved a piece of my son's eyebrow. When I confronted her about it, she denied it and said my son came to her like that. I don't know how that is possible when my husband took a before and after picture inside the place. Then they continued saying that his brother kept trying to get his attention, and that's why it happened. So basically admitting they did shave his eyebrow. I just wanted the lady to admit she made a mistake and at least reimburse a portion of his cut for the inconvenience. My poor 10 yr didn't deserve to start the summer with a shaved eyebrow.
Just left right now 3:50pm Feb 23. The ladies here are extremely RUDE and unprofessional to customers. A young boy around 13 or 14yrs walked in asking for a haircut he had scheduled 3hrs ago. The ladies got angry at him and treated him disrespectfully. One even went as far as to say you disrespected my mother "the owner". Poor kid man, all he said was he's been signed up since 3hrs ago and still hasn't had a haircut. I had brought my kid for a haircut but since they both were rude to me as well I ended up walking out. If someone has a bad attitude of course they're work will be bad. There's many other places to go to but here is not IT unless you're in the mood for bad service. Idk where the 4stars are from but always remember some people have friends or connections to fake good reviews.
I highly recommend it's great service and affordable! All of our family goes to cut their hair there. Communication with your barber is the key to great service.

The best place to go to for your hair cut needs, no matter what style you like. I myself have a unique hair style and Velma and crystal both do an amazing job on my hair! No other place I'd rather go to for my hair cut needs, atmosphere is awesome and the service great! No need to go anywhere else!
Went in one month ago, got my hair cut by Crystal (the owners daughter) in the past I’ve gone she’s been nice but this time she called my name and I went up and said I’m ready she looked at me screamed again I stood still and she said “sooooo do you want me to cut your hair or not” WITH SEVERE ATTITUDE. Then we go to the chair and I sit down before I could sit up and get comfortable properly she sighs and asks me to sit up then I get up and say “Actually I dont want you to cut my hair”well THANK GOD HER MOM WAS THERE, she screamed and said uhh “ actually you can leave” so I went back to sit down and her mom interrupted and sided with me, explaining her to calm down, point was she was in the wrong and her mom witnessed it, and her mom was VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL and still decided to cut my hair.THE DAUGHTER WAS MAD screaming and sweeping upset throwing the dust pan and saying she was upset her mom was taking my side and not believing her, this crystal girl SHOULD not be in customer service. I actually tipped her mom extra and after the cut and I left and she went on to her mom how she would show her the cameras lol NOT NECESSARY WHEN SHE WITNESSED IT ALL ????but TODAY, this is why I’ll write a review, when Velma was not present, the brown short lady (mid40) that cuts hair down the end was extremely rude GRABBING and man handling my head she literally got mad and said three times CAN YOU HOLD YOUR NECK STILL use your neck muscles after she is pulling my hair with a scissors cut???????? lady’s must be mad they overweight and overworked. BUT hey can’t beat the 8 bucks ????♂️ I guess it’s a service you pay for attitude toooo. Advice is GO WHEN VELMA is present the younger girls will behave. ????
Crystal cuts my son's hair. She is worth the wait even if we have to go back another day . I totally recommend this place . Great an friendly service. Thank u Crystal for all u do for us..
