By far the worst manicure I have ever gotten at a place. My natural nails were not cut before placing the tips on. The tips on my thumbs aren’t even flush with my nail like they should be and some are crooked. Every nail is a different length. The dip is thick and chunky and looks like I did them at home myself. I will never waste my money there or recommend to anyone.
Wow the lady who owns the place, the one who is always welcoming you at the front desk is very patient and talented. She did my nails very good despite me rushing in last hour. So, your level of satisfaction vary based on who is taking care of you that day. Some are more talented for complex design and shape than others. I go there quite a few times, so I can definitely tell. I give 5 stars for this encounter as I have nothing to complain about her. Thank you!
Great place to go. Good comfortable environment. My 7yo niece loves to get manicures and this place really does an amazing job with adults and children. 10/10 would recommend 100%
I asked for the color of my dress to be my nail color, along with some pastel flowers and she nailed it! Wonderful customer service with almost no wait! This is my new favorite nail spot.
I really like the way they do my hands but I’m never a fan of how my pedicure comes out no matter how often I go. My French is always super thick and I have to get a thin layer of acrylic on my big toe bc I run and no matter how much I say thin I get the fattest amount of acrylic. They sometimes cut your toe nails down super low—some ask and some don’t—and as you can see in the picture, crooked. I really only recommend for getting a mani.
I stumbled across this nail salon after searching for the perfect place going on 5 years. Ms. Lina has now done my nails a few times. She is absolutely wonderful and is the sweetest lady ever. The atmosphere is stunning and so clean. Everyone who works there is super friendly. I highly recommend this salon. They have earned a loyal long time customer. I refuse to go anywhere else. I had a friend go to this new salon located beside the Krogers on St. Of Franklin, so I thought I'd give it a try. It has a big sign Walk-Ins Welcome. It was a beautiful salon. I told the lady that I didn't want them polished, just cut short, exfoliated and most of all massaged. The lady who did my pedicure did a great job it. She was very thorough and made my feet feel great! I would highly recommend this place to have your nails done.
I went back and had a pedicure by Sheri. She did an excellent job. I love the massage she did on my feet and legs. It helped my circulation and made my feet feel alive again. I definitely recommend this nail salon ????
Yesterday I went for my second time, Lina did my nails both times she is wonderful, so kind! My new go to salon. My first set the pink ones I went three weeks before getting a fill in, no lifting or anything! They looked just like I had them done except for where they had grown out which is normal. I recommend 10/10.
