Jenny and everyone at Velasquez and Sons are awesome and very patient. They did an amazing job relating information to me about everything that need to be fixed to be safe to drive. And things that could wait a little bit. Had my car back within a day. Definitely my new go to place for both my vehicles. Also I feel like the have very fair prices.
I have a 15 foot box truck that I couldn't get anyone in town to work on. I brought it here and they pointed out everything that was wrong with it and fixed it within 24 hours. They were super knowledgeable and and very nice. As a woman, they spoke to me with integrity and were not patronizing.Which I totally appreciate. I would recommend them to anyone.
I went to velazquez not knowing what was wrong with my car, i told them all the problems I thought it could be. The mechanics responded so kindly and helped me understand what I was I needed to get fixed and what I was paying for. After fixing my struts, I could definitely tell the difference while driving, as it didn’t feel weird anymore. I didn’t grab the mechanics name, but I believe he is from wheeling IL, and he is the best. He was patient with all the questions I had and I do feel as if i get the best price for the work done here

I had to get rotors and break pads on front and back. Did a walk in appointment. Was done in a short amount of time. Great prices. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend coming here.
The muffler rusted thru on my truck all of the sudden and it sounded like an Army tank. The very next day I called and talked to Esteban - super friendly guy. He got me in right away, hooked me up with a new muffler at a very fair price. I think I may have found a new shop for my truck. They also do mechanical work and brakes!
I was very lucky to find this place it's so great ! Little did I know it's first come first serve shop No appt needed they took me right in AT 3:30 PM and ordered my parts for my brakes on my car the NAPA auto parts delivery was very prompt this shop doesn't mess around they had two mechanic s they had me in and out by 5 pm ( yes had to get brakes too) on my (little RED LEMON") THE MANAGER AND THE LOVLEY YOUNG LADY AT THE DESK WHERE SO HELPFUL AND KIND I FELT LIKE like live known them my entire life by the time I left I was feeling very special they made my day they really cared I love this place !!! Thank you very much for taking time to do the extra explaining of the work that they performed for me that day????
