Che dire, c’è ne fossero di proposte così! Progetto encomiabile a Brunico, bravissimi i ragazzi della scuola alberghiera, in cucina ed in sala! Abbiamo mangiato piatti vegani da ristorante gourmet, ben presentati e sorprendenti nel gusto. Prezzi imbattibili. Complimenti a tutti e a prestissimo…

A really wonderful concept not only food but the staff from the hotel school across the way. Located in the city centre beside the city hall/bank and plenty of parking. Their aperitif drink was super fresh and the food had a good vegan concept. Price was perfect. Will give it another try. Their menu changes weekly. Compliments goes to Anna who was very attentive in service.
