Great service and amazing communication! Serviced my Mercedes automatic transmission, we run into a little issue with a pan gasket, but the tehnician went above and beyond sorting the problem without hesitation. Can't recommend enough!
Had my air-con done from VCT systems had the air con cleaned out plus had a new air con condenser put on also had automatic gearbox service on my c63. Also has a full service done on my car. I will be using this garage again and highly recommend this garage.

BEWARE! Arranged to detect a leak in my Mercedes by VCT, completely incompetent service - lost screws, seriously damaged interior and was extremely threatening when confronted.
Now I’m in a loss of thousands of pounds because of this cowboy trader!

Had VCT do an aircon service today for the first time in 6 years ownership. The system is running fine now and resolved an issue that kept the aircon on continuously. Very professional, highly knowledgeable and I’m glad I didn’t go to a high street garage as it’s such a specialist car. Highly recommended so don’t hesitate to book! :)
