A scam , pays minimum for a headache company , also dont recieve checks in mail and calling hr , they didnt even speak English . What a horror
Very lack luster customer service. They hardly can ever accommodate an actual pickup.
I had an appointment at 10 am with a doctor. The Vanttage transportation driver was supposed to pick up me at 9:30 am. I waited 9:35am. I called ... they said on the way... up to 10am... He was going there soon. Do you still want a driver come or reschedule your appointment? I said if soon I would be OK. But lie...up to 10:20am. Because the sickness. I must go that day otherwise I have to go urgent care. When people came back to take me home. They complained about waiting. I told them. I must wait doctor see some others patients, luckily my doctor is nice, she accepted to see me when I came late 30 minutes, otherwise urgent care, and continue to wait.. When you are sick. You got an appointment with a doctor then you must reschedule because the transportation didn't want take you there on time.
If I could give negative stars I would. Go literally anywhere else. This company is so unprofessional, rude staff, unorganized and sucks at communicating. My grandpa’s arm got stuck in his wheelchair and he can’t speak but the driver, despite feeling something stuck, forced him onto the van anyways resulting in us receiving him in a pool of his own blood and possibly some broken or fractured fingers. Other than that they are almost always terribly late, and we had no idea where my grandfather was for hours because no one let us know they’d be late and no one was answering. Please if you value your loved one’s, use another service.
This is the most terrible transportation. If i could give them a zero i would.The lady was very rude. They were supposed to pick up my sister at 10:30am I called to make sure everything was verified, the driver didn't pick us up until 1055am my appointment was for 11a which was only 10
minutes away. My sister is in a wheelchair cannot walk or stand. The driver says he had a dialysis patient earlier and they have no time limits he actually could of picked us up first. Yes we were very late because the driver was given wrong directions and address and we were soo late. I miss the appointment at Quest and had to reschedule. I spoke to the dispatch to see if they would wait, she had the nerve to tell me the driver has another appointment and to leave us their and depending on their schedule they might be back to pick us up. but I was not a priority anymore and it was not their fault their driver was late which it obviously was they DONT KNOW HOW TO SCHEDULE. Who leaves a patient just there and just don't care and moves on to the next pick up, Seriously, what kind of people are you? Money hungry for sure and have no passion for people at all
I ask to speak to a manager she hung up on me I called on the drivers phone she hung up again. I was so stressed and very angry. I called my social worker and told him he better not pay them. I forgot to say the phone number on the website is a lady's personal cellphone. I had to get the correct one from the driver. Noone in the snf had the correct phone number either just the one on the website THESE PEOPLE ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING, HAVE NO REGARD FOR PEOPLE JUST MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Vantage Transports is a great place to work. All of our staffs members have been very helpful when needed. I do feel our company is very organized along with the safety to make sure we are all trained properly . Our Management of the company is very supportive and makes sure all of our workers are comfortable and confident to complete our daily task... 5 stars is how i stand with our manager. Thank you Ray for giving me the opportunity of employment. Many blessings always ????????????????????????????
There is an employee here named Teresa, spoke with her twice and she’s been very rude everytime. My family member’s transportation was late and I called for follow up, Teresa said “she’s not on our list, I don’t know why she’s not on our list.” I can tell the way she speaks, she doesn’t care whether transportation is coming or not for my family member. Had I not insist for an answer why my family member is not on the list, she will not check what was going on. She put me on hold, found some answers, but very unapologetic and rude! That’s not the right way of talking to clients, the drivers in Vantage Transport are very nice, but this Teresa lady is giving this company a bad reputation.
Every other trip the driver arrives an hour late or doesn't show. No one bothers to call until I complained. The drivers are kind but are given unsafe vehicles (brakes, missing seats, etc.) and fired frequently. I would not trust this company for being reliable!
