We just got back from an amazing trip from DuQuoin, IL to Gatlinburg,TN and we had a flawless trip! Roger was our driver. He was a very friendly, funny, and just a pleasure to chat with man. He did an amazing job getting our students safely to our destinations! He was always on time and assured we had a great trip! Thank you Roger and Vandalia Bus Lines for keeping us safe!!!

My booking was very short notice but the Gary and the sales team helped me to secure our transport for our event. Our driver Anthony...aka Scooby was a joy to have with us. He was polite, engaging and shared some of his own experiences with our team of young entrepreneurs. Take that man to Orlando!!
Best Bus Company in St. Louis! They transport everybody from family reunions, to the St. Louis Cardinals! They have a bus in whatever size you need, and veteran drivers to take you anywhere in North America, including Canada. If you want the best, you go with Vandalia Bus Lines!

Super bus line. We attended a Military reunion in St. Louis just last week. Very professional, courteous, helpful (with me having a bad right knee). I had left my camera case -(took camera out) on the last tour we made to the museum. Didn't realize I was missing the case until that evening. Luckily I had wrote my name and phone number inside of it. Today I received a call from a lady named Karen from the bus line. They found my camera case. I had some important previous reunion photo cards in there. I am so grateful and happy that they found it and will have it returned to me. Thank you Vandalia Bus Lines I will be forever grateful.
The driver was given specific loading and departing times for our wedding. He left 10 minutes earlier than the schedule said. Guests on the bus told him he was early and asked him to turn around because he left several guests at the hotel. He said he would, but he did not. There was not enough time to make another trip before the ceremony so many of our guests had to drive themselves or Uber. When my dad told him he left early and several guests were left behind, the driver was rude in his conversation with my dad. It was very disappointing. We would not book Vandalia again.
They said they were looking for drivers. I went and got my passenger endorsement. Permit, and they never call me back like they said they would. The money for the permit and testing.
And then Therefore I feel I was done wrong.
We used Vandalia Bus Lines to travel from St. Louis to Jefferson City. Everything about the experience was positive. Our driver, Albert, was excellent. He did very well despite tough weather conditions and was excellent at communicating with me throughout the day and beyond. He went above my expectations to ensure a good experience. Thank you!
