Ive been to Valor Ford a handful of times in the last two years and never had any issues. Finally traded in my truck for an SUV. Dexter was good and easy to work with most importantly he was straight forward. We made the trade and put a "we owe" for a few simple fixes.
A couple weeks later when the we owe was getting finished I had the unfortunate experience of meeting Steve, the new sales manager who came on after I made my purchase.
One of the items they agreed to fix were a couple rock chips in the paint on and around the hood. The "fix" looked like someone used a mismatched silver sharpie. The chip wasn't filled or smoothed and stood out even indoors.
The short story is Steve said it looks perfect to him "let's agree to disagree" then asked me to leave. He reneged on the agreement and broke any trust I have in Valor. I got the paint chips filled and fixed with the correct color elsewhere.
I want to say thank you so Valor for allowing me to enter and be handled properly!. Very excellent work and patient people all around. I was helped by a gentleman named Brad. Highly recommended for anyone who has questions or needs services done. Very attentive to all your needs and honestly makes sure everything works for you before any decisions are being made. Quick and easy, very grateful to walk away with a new car.

Trust worthy. Went in for brake change and it was done after a day of waiting due to parts shipment. 8/10 only because price seemed steep but they did great work and didn't try to upsell any additional addons
Would not recommend for services or repairs
Took 4+ weeks to fix my vehicle citing “awaiting ford approval” for 3 weeks. Poor communication if I did not call them I wouldn’t know what is going on.
On pick up they left a huge scratch on my car door and stated they would look into it. I have called 2-3 times a week for a month asking what they would do. Besides telling me to get a quote they have refused to do anything stating “I’ll have to get with the manager to find out and call you back” they don’t call back.
We had Kayla as our sales person and she was great!! She was very friendly and helpful the entire time and we really enjoyed working with her! She also kept our 2 year old toddler entertained during the process and he loved her! We would definitely purchase again with her and had a 10/10 experience and would recommend her and Valor!
I was told to arrive at 4 p.m. I waited well after scheduled time. Charly didn't call me until after 5:30 p.m. when I was already home. When calling and texting they refused to tell me what their offer was. Claimed offer would be dependent on what vehicle I would be purchasing.
Sales tactics seemed shady at best. Avoid this place at all costs. Much better dealerships in Manhattan.

I was looking for reliability and gas mileage. Bryan took the time to make sure I have the best deals my credit could offer me. He is very military friendly and 100% willing to work with you.
Raheem, was an awesome salesman. He was very respectful and knowledgeable on the vehicle I bought. The vehicle had updated features than what I had before and Raheem showed me how to use them. Austin, the finance manager was great and explained everything to me in detail. I would highly recommend Valor Automotive when purchasing a vehicle.
