If you want to get excellent service and attention to detail, this is the spot. Edgar’s ability to consistently deliver goes beyond the haircut itself. Communication is great and has never failed to get me write after a couple weeks without a hair cut. I’ve never had an issue with scheduling or not getting the cut I was looking for.
2 front barbers were talking about my one year old in front of my 9 year old while he was getting a haircut, when I walked out to calm my toddler from walking around, I respected what that barber said with the weird mustach, but very unprofessional to also cuss about a 1 yr old while my kid is there getting a haircut. Listening to what they were saying. I do have respect for the other barbers, they are great!
I don’t know who this Edgar is that’s praised all over the reviews is. But I read all these reviews and walked in to get my haircut the very first time. It was a very unwelcoming and underwhelming experience. The person who cut my hair hardly spoke any word, he was not even interested in taking a client buy another guy just sent me his way. Zero conversion, not even a hello or a smile. really bad cut, completely messed the top of my head with every section cut to a different level. Unhygienic too I’m some ways. I’m definitely not going here again. Of all money spent on haircuts, these were the worst $35 ever! Oh also there was no upfront pricing .
Stumbled in here one day (been looking for a barber in the DFW area for about a decade) and I got sat in Santiagos chair. He gave me exactly what I wanted and ive never looked back. Been going for 6 months now, definitely ask for Santiago and he’ll take care of you.
My boy Everardo gives the best cuts around. Would put 6 stars if I could. Will be a sad day if/when he moves on from cutting hair
