Did an amazing job on my mom car. The receptionist was so patient and polite. She called back with quotes so professional. The mechanic was awesome. So professional and well knowledgeable. The entire experience from start to finish they made it feel like a breeze.
Took my brother's truck in for service. The turn around time was great & the service was great. A little misunderstanding that got taken care of. He came highly recommended my my regular technician. I definitely plan to use him again in the future. I hope to be able to edit my original review. I'm not writing this because the issue was taken care of. Every was settled before I even took possession of the truck.
Dodge magnum awd towed on June 16th. No call from shop ever. Called every week to see when job would be completed. Still No word just excuses. Month and half later, still no car or completion date. Don't use this guy. Bad Bisness.
Work to slow had car over a month and transmission wasn't still together, wouldn't recommend to anyone.... GETTO. Had part hanging out of glove box, very dissatisfied had to take it to the Puerto Ricans and they did the job in 20 minutes on Northfield
The mechanic use used parts on vehicles, but charge full price, he was paid to fix one major problem with my transmission and created another. When confronted he denies and told me I had someone else working on my car after him which is false.
The owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and got the Job done, in a timely manner.
Leroy has always been great to me and my boys when work was needed and done my family respect Leroy and His Work!! I always recommend him for transmission to every body !!!!! 5 stars!!!!!
I gave him a deposit August 7th by the 22nd he hadn't even started working on my car and kept giving me the run around.VERY POOR COMMUNICATION
