Most STA bus drivers are pretty cool I have a few favorites. Some for the most part can have their day's but can be a lil bit kinda to the supporters in my opinion with all do respect
The vtc is alright, not safe from the weather very much, the "covered/enclosed" area allows air to flow right through it. Word of warning to people with loud noise triggers like myself, prepare yourself before visiting, the first time I was taken by surprise and had a full blown PTSD flashback.
A fine place to wait for a bus. Wished they had more lighting when it’s dark outside, but safer than going Downtown and waiting at the Plaza at night.
Overhead coverage that keeps the rain off our heads. This is an asset for the valley. It's one of the most reliable links in order to get downtown.
for many, the bus is the only means of transportation, thank you for being
Daily commute experience is great. There are plenty of bus options to get wherever you need to in the valley with plenty of bus turn around times for many of the routes
System hee for public transportation sucks. Lacks drivers that care. Lack amenities in winter and summer
Lots of busses to transfer to. Friendly helpful bus drivers.
