driver of Van N-636 is dangerous and inconsiderate. I saw him cut people off, not use his blinker, then turn on his blinker and never switch lanes just left the blinker on. Then he would accelerate rapidly for no reason and then decelerate and then continue,
again to accelerate rapidly and then decelerate for no reason at all. These drivers are dangerous. I hope management will replace them with courteous, careful ,safe drivers. I would never let a family member ride with them
Drivers are very rude, unsafe, and management doesn’t care. I’ve filed a police report and a BBB complaint, stay far away from this company! No care about children or elderly safety!
This female driver cut me and my family off and made us slam on the breaks. She looked like she wasn’t paying attention to the road just talking to the people in the back. Do you trust your patients with a driver like this?!!
Van # N-696 (I think, I was driving and couldn't write it down, they were on second street before Madison in El Cajon headed South around 11am) needs to learn how to use their blinker. I had my signal on, looked at the van in its lane, no blinker. I got over since the van didn't have their blinker on. The van speeds up, flips their blinker on real quick and merges over into my lane almost hitting me in the process. That is so unsafe, they transport handicap people with awful driving skills like that!?! YIKES!!! Hopefully it was a fluke and they normally drive better. I tried to email them but SURPRISE! My email was automatically returned.
This transportation service is usually reliable but when it isn't it really isn't. The biggest issue they have right now is they will have more than han 1 person besides their driver and there is no social distancing going on. I can literally reach out and touch the other patient. All of the drivers are super friendly but most of them drive in what is best described as a final destination fashion. For the time being I do not recommend this service. I'd give it 1 star but I wouldn't let me comment if I did.
While driving to work today, I had multiple near misses with Van # 791 who refused to let me merge onto the 94 East freeway this morning. The driver of this van seemed hurried and was extremely inconsiderate of safety. I signaled and attempted to get into the far left lane, only for this van to speed up each time and cut me off. Very unprofessional.
They always want to know how long patient will take but they never pick you up on time.Talked to dispatch even to San Diego and nobody knew where driver was at. RIGHT!I waited in the hallway for my ride over an hour. Terrible service.
this company seems horrible however less bad than CFS TRANSPORTATION also knowns as PACE with the logo of elders at the back of the van I had multiple encounters with those vans their dispatch and everyone there are extremely rude at least Valley representatives arent rude.
