Restroom was clean and well-stocked. Starbucks staff was nice. The cashier at the convenience store section was super friendly and pleasant.
I visit here frequently and the bathrooms are almost always a mess. My last visit was especially pitiful. I reported the incident via their QR code several times but that doesn't seem to help.
Sunday morning 8:00 AM Restrooms were a train wreck. Floors toilets were filthy. We left looking for portable potty for an extreme upgrade

Location is excellent. Restroom NOT so much. Many facilities not Working in restroom. Food good but pricey!
Lovely service plaza with a few good options for food and a clean bathroom. I'd recommend stopping here before you leave the state of PA because there isn't another one for a while.
This place is filthy and it smells. The reason it gets 2 stars is because it's still a step up from a construction site's port-o-pot.... but not by much.
Clean and convenient, this rest stop offers plenty of parking and a Star Bucks. Good place to take a short meeting.
