I called to make an appointment to have my car checked out, as most other places I had contacted were 3-4 weeks out. Rudy and Terry had me bring my car in immediately and I was fixed and on my way super quick. Professional, punctual and very kind. I highly recommend this business!
Had some brake trouble on our GMC 3500 while traveling through. These guys got us right in, fixed our breaks and even had one of the techs drive us to and from town while we waited. Prices were beyond fair!! Can’t say enough about how great this shop is!!!
I was in a bind and desperately needed an oil change and to have my tires checked out (low pressure light kept going on). Rudy was amazing and fit me in that same afternoon. He talked me through what all was going on, and pointed out an issue that wasn’t a big deal (yet), but suggested I keep an eye on it. I always just assumed going to the car Dr. was like the dentist…unpleasant but necessary; but not anymore! Rudy was efficient, informative, and provided straight forward and fair pricing. Could not recommend Vail Valley Automotive more!
Terry and his crew were amazing. I was visiting town and needed to get some brake work done but wasn't sure what was wrong. I rolled into their garage at 8:15am without an appointment. They had me up on the lift diagnosed and fixed by noon. Terry was totally honest with the repair price as well as other work needing to be done, but assured me that I could hold off. I would go here again for any work needed.
Terry was awesome! I was in a rush this weekend and completely forgot about my car but they were able to squeeze me in for both my transmission fluid change and oil change. Terry also gave me some advice and is now helping keep and eye out for a new- used car! Thank you guys; I'll definitely be back!
I was in Avon visiting my daughter and noticed my brakes were squeaking. Brought it in and they fixed my problem overnight. The owner/mechanic was knowledgeable-professional and kind. I recommend this shop 100 percent.

Terry (and his number one guy: Jesus) have saved my bacon more times than I can count; they've even worked on the cars of some of my relatives while in town....always with the same great result: excellent service that the owner himself stands behind. We are from out of town, and they made the crappy experience of my alternator dying very painless. Other places I called cost twice as much, would not give me ball park estimates and were rude! The guys at Valley are the total opposite!! They are honest, respectful, and very knowledgeable!! I wish we lived closer, because we would always come here!! Thank you guys!! We are very appreciative!!
