Vallejo City Cab

It's not a bad ride service!? They need new management or new ownership! I called for a cab and gave me a wait time for 1.5 hrs and called back to check up on my ride and they didn't remember my phone call or location! Dispatcher claimed they didn't tell her anything that they always do that to her! You guys need honest people not liars. After a new experience I gave this business the stars they deserve!

I called for a cab around 9:30 this morning and the dispatcher said that it might be an hour before she could get someone to my house. She also stated that she would check with a driver and let know. About thirty minutes later she returned my call said he'd be there in about ten minutes.

Sure enough ten minutes later there he was.

Very professional and very courteous.

For a business claiming to be "Vallejo City Cab", how is it there is rarelyca cab in Vallejo?

I usually don’t leave reviews but I just wanted to say cab driver K.B. is very professional and courteous!! He got me to my destination safe and on time. I highly recommend K.B everytime to be my driver.

I'm from the East bay, dog sitting for my daughter. Called City Cab, Attentive dispatcher,, cab showed up on the dot,Did my business, chatted a minute with Doirthea my driver and DONE and home in record time. SOOOOO surprised how affordable my ride was. GREAT service

Waited 2 hrs after being in the e.r, I called 4x to check status and each time the dispatch told me 10 mins more. This was at 2am. Don't waste your time and money. They certainly don't want to make money since they don't ever show up.

If I can rate this place in negative numbers I would. Unprofessional and rude doesn't even begin to describe these "people" especially the dispatcher. It all started a few years ago (which must mean they didn't learn anything from then) as a teen, I live in a highly disfunctional and unstable home so I used to catch the cab at night over to someone's home (nobodies business who). I called at 10 pm and hours later at 3 am a cab still never came even though I keep calling. I didn't want to go back inside the house so I stayed outside all night so I didn't sleep even though I live in a violent dangerous neighborhood, the worst in my city with the highest murder and gang rate in the city. Fast foward some years later I called to get a cab from work and no one came so I had to walk home at night hours away. This last incident (but really not the last I experienced) I'm about to type happened not to long ago I needed a cab to work, called 2 hours early, requested a specific time but the cab never came even with the 2 hour head start so I had to catch a ride (I was lucky that someone was even here to give me one). The next day I called 3 hours early giving them an even earlier head start and specifically requested 11:00 am to be picked up, I called again wondering where my cab was, I told them I asked for an 11 o'clock cab then the dispatcher (a woman. She sounded like a white woman, I'm not trying to be racist I'm just trying to give you guys a picture/discription since we cant see them) said in a spiteful, rude, conniving, ghetto voice with an attitude "you said 11:30" dragging out her words with an attitude, I said " I said 11 o'clock, she said "you said 11:30", I said "I said 11 o'clock" so basically this went on back and fourth then she hung up in my face, I lost my job because of this, I have college loans and dental surgery to pay for I needed that job, I haven't been employed since. That same dispatcher will remember my name and address and purposely not send a cab or send one hours too late. I called and asked to speak to her manager (the dispatcher remembered my name and told me the manager wasn't there and hung up) so I called during someone elses shift and asked, he gave me the details of when to call, so I did and when i told the manager about what the female dispatcher did she spitefully said "Mam this is a cab service" in a annoyed voice. These people are beyond unprofessional

Driver kd is a good professional driver with good customer service. He's always on time & always offers me good service when I'm picked up by him. He's the best driver I've road with.
