I LOVE to eat here. The waiters/waitresses are ALWAYS very nice and very welcoming. The lighting is dim but it’s the nice dim. Really sets a fine tone for dinner. The food is delicious. You can’t beat how good the food is with the price. The price is perfect. It’s nice to take family out for dinners and not have to take a small loan out !
Extremely rude staff here. It's an Italian restaurant and honestly, you can get the same quality Italian food in 100 places in Erie (this place doesn't taste better or worse than others). But what this place does have is an extremely rude waiting staff. My husband and I went here for a romantic meal and ordered some pasta and soft drinks. My husband ordered a Pepsi and I told the waiter I would have the same thing. He came back with my Pepsi but gave my husband a Diet Pepsi. We ordered the same thing so if he misheard us, I would have gotten a Diet too. So, the waiter didn't mishear us. My husband even mentioned to him that he ordered regular and the waiter never brought him the correct drink. I mean it was pretty obvious the waiter was gay too (might be wrong about that) but we honestly thought he would be accepting of us for that reason. Turns out he was just petty. Then he decided to start vacuuming the floor all around our table even though they were far from closing time and there were other customers getting served. So, it very much felt like we were getting chased out and the waiter was poking fun at our weight while we were there. Like I said, there are a hundred more places you can get the same food. What this place is unique for is the service.
Valerie's ,very good always I got a last year for Ryan Bizzaros the buck of spaghetti and meatballs. I order very often even the delivery people are very nice.was there on Wednesday of this week with friend .servic was fantastic .Sandra M.from Millcreek.
Only ordered delivery.
The staff who took My order seemed distracted and confuse as the delivery person had to call back because he didn't understand what she spelled. And when I asked questions (the whole reason I phoned in my order in the first place),:she simply read from the menu.

I like your food but quality control needs some work. Ordered small calzone, paid for extra cheese, and ordered 2 marinara sides. There was very little cheese, let alone extra and i got 1 marinara and i salsa. You always estimate 90 min delivery so when order arrived 75 minutes later i was happy but everything was cold like it had been sitting around for a half hour.
Sauce isn't as good as it used to be. And can you please cut the f..... subs in half. Was in the car on the way to an appointment. Didn't realize your employees don't know how to use a knife.
I had to wait over a half hour for my order that was called in. Then, when I got home and ate my second wing, I found an insect cooked on the wing. They credited my $65 order, but I will not be returning to Valerios.
